Abstract
Postupak industrijske sinteze jedinjenja formule (I):naznačen time što alil cijanid formule (II) :reaguje, u prisustvu inicijatora radikala, sa jedinjenjem formule (III):gde Xa predstavlja grupu -S-C(S)-OR u kojoj R predstavlja linearnu ili razgranatu (C1-C6) alkil grupu, kako bi se dobilo jedinjenje formule (IV):u kom je Xa, kao što je prethodno definisano,pri čemu je moguće ovo poslednje jedinjenje opciono izolovati pre podvrgavanja reakciji ciklizacije u prisustvu inicijatora radikala kako se obrazuje jedinjenje formule (V):gde jedinjenje formule (V), takođe, opciono može biti izolovano,a koje se podvrgava reakciji redukcije-dehidratacije kako se dobija jedinjenje formule (VI) :koje zatim podleže reakciji aromatizacije, da bi se dobilo jedinjenje formule (VII) :koje podleže redukciji pomoću vodonika u prisustvu Raney nikla u polarnoj protičnoj sredini i reakciji sa anhidridom sirćetne kiseline da bi se dobilo jedinjenje formule (I) koje se izoluje u obliku čvrste supstance.Prijava sadrži još 17 patentnih zahteva.
