Abstract
Process comprises wet granulation of retinoic acid with polyvinyl pyrrolidone, and separate granulation of a mixt. of conventional inert substances. The granulates (with 1:8-10 active: inactive matter ratio) are blended and compressed. Coating with soln. of polyvinyl pyrrolidone in isopropyl alcohol, drying, and tableting, completes the process.
