Abstract

The invention refers to a burner which is operated with granulated solid fuel and is used to heat boilers, ovens or other technological installations. According to the invention, the burner ensures the spiral driving of the fuel and ash towards the outlet chimney, due to the fact that it is made up of a cylindrical body (1) which has an interior wall (a) and an outer wall (b), in between which an annular space (c) is defined. The annular space (c) is separated into three distinct levels by the rings (5 and 6). The interior wall (a) has some orifices (d) at the median level of the annular space (c), and some orifices (e) at its inferior level, while its bottom is also pierced by some orifices (k). The burner is connected laterally to a fan (7), which feeds the burner through a pipe (8) that is connected to its upper level, and through a pipe (9) that is connected to its median level. Another pipe (10) connects the upper level of the annular space (c) to its lower level. The feed pipe (12) contains a fire-extinguisher unit (19).

Description

The invention relates to a burner that operates on granulated solid fuel and is used for heating boilers, ovens or other technological installations.
A fluidized-layer burner, consisting of a cylindrical body, provided with a grate is known. The grate is fixed inside the cylindrical body and has some openings, through which it penetrates the air from an air chamber, underneath, air intended for the maintenance of combustion in the combustion chamber. The cylindrical body is connected to a feed channel, in which a piston is mounted, which is meant to push the fuel distributed through another channel provided with a helical feeder.
The burner according to the invention ensures the spiraling of the fuel and the ash towards the outlet basket, in that it consists of a cylindrical body, which has an inner wall and an outer wall, between which is defined an annular space, which is separated by rings. in a higher level, a middle level and a lower level, and the inner wall is provided with some holes in the middle level, some holes in the lower level and with other holes, which pierce a bottom with which the inner wall ends and through which it passes the air from the fan, mentioned, through a conduit connected to the upper level of the annular space and through a conduit connected to the median level of the annular space and another conduit that connects the upper level of the annular space with its lower level, and the supply conduit the burner is provided with a fire extinguisher; the fire extinguisher is made up of blades that are in contact with the wall of the supply pipe and whose ends are mounted under a piston fixed on an elastic membrane, provided in a box filled with water, has at its top a membrane aluminum, by destroying the connection between a pipe connected to a water source and the supply pipe.
By applying the invention, the following advantages are obtained:

The burner according to the invention consists of a cylindrical body 1, provided with an inner wall a and an outer wall b, between which is defined an annular space c.
In its upper part, the burner is closed with a lid 3 in which a viewfinder 4 is mounted, for controlling the combustion at its lower part, and the inner wall a is finished with a bottom d.
The ring space c is separated by rings 5 and 6, positioned between the inner wall a and the outer wall b, in three distinct levels. The inner wall a is provided with some holes e, at the median level, and some holes f, at its lower level, and the bottom d is pierced by some holes k.
The burner is connected laterally to an air blower 7 which supplies the burner RO 114674B1 with air through ducts 8 and 9. Pipe 8 is connected to the upper level of the annular space c and the pipe 9 is connected to the median level of the annular space c. 50
