Abstract

The invention relates to a filter metal, designed to equip the research wells and hydrogeological, mowing and straining operations of underground mineral deposits, useful, under heavy hydrogeological conditions, characterized by different aquifer layers as thick and in terms of content particle size. Description

The invention relates to a modular filter, with continuous slit, of variable section, for equipping the research wells and hydrogeological exploitation, drying and relieving underground deposits of useful mineral substances, located under heavy hydrogeological conditions, of the exploitation of geothermal waters, mineral water, drinking water. In general, the proposed product ensures the exploitation of all the deposit waters located in aquifer layers of different thicknesses, regardless of their size and which have different grain size.

It is known that at the moment there are filters that have a continuous slit with constant cross-section along the entire length of the filter (usually with L = 3 m 10 m), which under the existence of thin aquifers and different granulations can lead to drilling through the sand.

A filter is known which is placed in a perforated tubular hole, consisting of a tubular body, provided on the outside with a thread with a rectangular profile as well as with perforated holes, practiced near the thread, being practiced a channel in which a hole penetrates. tip of a wire with a triangular section, on several generators of the body being executed some deformations of some flanks of the thread that maintain the wire within it and create grooves with equal openings (RO 99106).

The advantages presented by the invention are the following:

- makes it possible to make filters in strict accordance with the layer characteristics, regardless of their size and grain size;

- substantially reduces the chances of sand drilling;

- ensures greater drilling reliability;

- increases the accuracy of the filtering column according to the layer conditions;

- allows full exploitation of all the aquifer layers highlighted in a well, regardless of their extent and characteristics.

Following is an example of an embodiment of the invention in connection with Figure 3 which represents a longitudinal section of the filter.

In the solution we propose there is the possibility that on the same section are assembled elements (modules) of filter with different values of the slit, placed in an order according to the placement in the deposit of the aquifer layers to be exploited.

In this way, if for example the aquifer layer is 1 m thick and the granulation imposes a slit of 0.5 m, a filter module with a length of 1 m and a slit of 0.6 is used.

The lengths of these modules can be equal, but not mandatory. The module lengths are established in accordance with the width (thickness) of the layer.
