Abstract

A PRESENTE INVENÇÃO DIZ RESPEITO A UM PROCESSO DE RECICLAGEM DE ÁGUAS DAS INDÚSTRIAS DE EXTRAÇÃO E TRANSFORMAÇÃO DE RECURSOS MINERAIS, RECOLHENDO E TRATANDO ESTAS ÁGUAS COM VISTA À SUA REUTILIZAÇÃO. O OBJETIVO DA PRESENTE INVENÇÃO É O DE RETIRAR DAS ÁGUAS AS PARTÍCULAS MINERAIS EM SUSPENSO, ASSIM COMO OS HIDROCARBONETOS QUE CONTAMINAM ESTAS ÁGUAS, PROVENIENTES DAS MÁQUINAS UTILIZADAS NOS PROCESSOS INDUSTRIAIS. É DESTA FORMA POSSÍVEL O APROVEITAMENTO DO RESÍDUO SÓLIDO OBTIDO PARA SER UTILIZADO NOUTRAS INDÚSTRIAS, UMA VEZ QUE É COMPOSTO APENAS POR PARTÍCULAS MINERAIS, SEM CONTAMINAÇÃO POR FLOCULANTES. O PROCESSO DESCRITO NA PRESENTE INVENÇÃO UTILIZA UM SILO DE DECANTAÇÃO (1) QUE NÃO RECORRE A FLOCULANTES QUÍMICOS, DOIS EQUIPAMENTOS DE FILTRAGEM (2) DE PARTÍCULAS, UM CONJUNTO DE TANQUES DE DECANTAÇÃO (3), UM FILTRO PRENSA (5) PARA ELIMINAÇÃO DE PARTÍCULAS APÓS DECANTAÇÃO E UM FILTRO DE COALESCÊNCIA (4) PARA ELIMINAÇÃO DE HIDROCARBONETOS.
