Abstract
A PRESENTE INVENÇÃO RELACIONA-SE COM FILTROS RESSONADORES DUPLOS DE FILMES DIELÉTRICOS ESPESSOS TENDO UMA LINHA DE MICROFITA DE METAL COM CONDUTIVIDADE ACOPLADA A UM SUBSTRATO DE CERÂMICA DE BAIXA TEMPERATURA DE COINCINERAÇÃO (LTCC ¿LOW TEMPERATURE COFIRED CERAMICS) DOS REFERIDOS FILMES. OS FILMES DIELÉTRICOS ESPESSOS SÃO DEPOSITADOS EM SUBSTRATOS ISOLANTES, POR EXEMPLO, POR TÉCNICA DE DEPOSIÇÃO ELETROFORÉTICA, QUE É UM MÉTODO DE FABRICO DE BAIXO CUSTO, VERSÁTIL E SUSTENTÁVEL. PORTANTO, A PRESENTE INVENÇÃO ESTÁ NO DOMÍNIO TÉCNICO DE RESSONADORES DIELÉTRICOS DO TIPO MULTIMODO E PARA UM PROCESSO ELETROFORÉTICO PARA OS OBTER. A PRESENTE INVENÇÃO É, ASSIM, ÚTIL PARA APLICAÇÕES EM ELETRÓNICA, TELECOMUNICAÇÕES, EM PARTICULAR COMUNICAÇÕES SEM FIOS E OUTRAS APLICAÇÕES REQUERENDO DISPOSITIVOS DE RÁDIO DE ELEVADA FREQUÊNCIA E MICRO-ONDAS, TAIS COMO FILTROS PASSA-BANDA, RECETORES DE SATÉLITE E DISPOSITIVOS DE TRANSMISSÃO POR SATÉLITE (TVRO/DBS - TELEVISION RECEIVE-ONLY / DIGITAL BROADCASTING SERVICE).
