THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES A SOLUTION FOR THE PROBLEM OF GUARANTEE INTEGRATION IN PHYSICAL SECURITY SYSTEMS, BUILDING OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AND ENERGY MONITORING WHOSE INTEROPERABILITY IS REDUCED. USING THE MOST RECENT INTERNET NAVIGATION TECHNOLOGIES ALLOWS THE MONITORING, CONTROL AND OPERATION OF VARIOUS EQUIPMENT INSTALLED LOCALLY AND / OR REMOTELY. IT IS A MULTI-LANGUAGE SOFTWARE PLATFORM INTEGRATING THE STANDARDS OF THE SAFETY AND MONITORING DEVICES INDUSTRY AND STILL RULES AND FORMS OF COMMUNICATION AND OWNERS 'OWNERS OF ELECTRONIC PHYSICAL SECURITY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS. THE PLATFORM PROVIDES AN ANALYTICAL MODULE FOR COMPUTING AND PROCESSING OF REAL-TIME DATA TRANSMITTED THROUGH A COMPUTER NETWORK. CORRELATING AND COMBINING THE CURRENT AND HISTORICAL DATA OF MULTIPLE DEVICES ALLOWS TO ACT DIRECTLY ABOUT THE SAME IN AN AUTOMATED FORM.

Computer platform for integration of physical security systems, building operations management and energy monitoring

A computational platform characterized by a relational database (Structured Query Language) in which all the data generated by the services (Fig. 1) are stored from the devices (Fig. .l - 3) that interact with the platform.

In the relational database there are all the tables that allow the system to present the necessary indicators for the analysis of possible alarms and other types of actions that require human intervention.

Structure of the relational data ase: • Figure 2 - Characterization of the devices, types of measurement, intervals of time and forms of communication; • Figure 3 - Technical characteristics of equipment, groupings, logs and services; • Figure 4 - Definitions of limits for the presentation of alarms; • Figure 5 - Records and type of values for the devices; • Figure 6 - Input Tables for Air Systems

The platform provides users with two distinct forms of interaction with the data present in the relational database (Fig. 1 - 2), a frontoffice (Fig. 1 - 5) and a backoffice (Fig. computers and mobile devices. These forms of interaction are application software developed in HTML language compatible with browsers Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Firefox. In these the end user can perform a set of actions: • Recognize an alarm (Fig. 1 - 5); • Open doors remotely (Fig. 1 - 5); • Add / Remove users to an access control system (Fig. 1 - 4); • Verify access records (Fig. 1 - 4) and export the results of them to a text file (txt); • View real-time images (Fig. 1 - 5) of the locations where the video surveillance cameras are installed; • Monitor (Fig. 1 - 5) the state of several transmitted variables (Fig. 1 - 1) by the devices (Fig. 1 -3) as probes of temperature, humidity and energy consumption.

The Windows services (Fig. 1 - 1) are source code developed specifically for communication via the computer network with the different humidity and power consumption temperature sensors that can be integrated into the platform.

    1 - Computational platform for integration of physical security systems, building operations management and energy monitoring characterized by an aggregation of several elements developed for navigation environments via mobile and fixed devices with internet access.
  2. A computational platform according to claim 1, characterized by a relational database (Fig. 1 - 2) in Structured Query Language (SQL).
  3. A computational platform according to claim 1, characterized by two interfaces (Fig. 1-4 and 5) with the user developed in HTML programming language.
  4. A computational platform according to claim 1, characterized by services (Fig. 1 - 1) for communicating with electronic devices developed in C .NET technology.
