PL 70 981 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest wózek przeznaczony do transportu zespolów zniwnych (he- derów) kombajnów zbozowych. W znanych na rynku rozwiazaniach wózków transportowych wózki skladaja sie z belki nosnej i dwóch osi jezdnych wzmocnionych przed obciazeniami skrecajacymi poprzez zastosowanie zastrza- lów. Wózek do transportu zespolów zniwnych kombajnów zbozowych wedlug wzoru uzytkowego ma belke nosna i dwie osie jezdne wzmocnione zastrzalami przytwierdzonymi polaczeniem srubowym do belki osi jezdnych z jednej strony, a poprzez obejme do belki nosnej wózka z drugiej strony. Ponadto posiada uklad sterowania, w sklad którego wchodzi dyszel oraz drazki kierownicze. PL PLEN 70 981 Y1 2 Description of the model The subject of the utility model is a trolley intended for transporting harvesters (headers) of combine harvesters. In the solutions of transport carts known on the market, the carts consist of a carrying beam and two driving axles, reinforced against torsional loads by the use of braces. In this case, struts of constant length are used, attached to the axles and the traverse by a bolted or welded connection. Such a solution creates problems in the situation of matching the trolley to different types of headers, because in many cases a support should be placed at the point of attaching the struts to the trolley beam, cooperating with a strictly defined place on the header. This makes it impossible to introduce the unification of carts for a larger number of headers. According to the utility model, a trolley for transporting harvesters of combine harvesters has a carrying beam and two driving axles reinforced with struts bolted to the axle beam on one side, and through a clamp to the trolley beam on the other side. In addition, it has a control system, which includes a drawbar and steering rods. There are supports on the traverse beam, intended for placing the header on them. The struts are telescopic with adjustable length and consist of two pipes of different diameters, selected so that the pipe of the smaller diameter is slidably placed inside the pipe of the larger diameter. Both pipes have flattenings at the ends of the pipes where they are attached to the axle and the clamp on the beam. The pipes are connected with each other with bolts, secured with washers and nuts, through two through holes for the length of the larger diameter pipe and two through holes for the length of the smaller pipe. The solution of the transport trolley according to the utility model causes that the matter of adjusting the length of the struts creates a large range of arrangement of the strut clamps on the traverse. This allows to avoid a collision of the clamp with the support, the position of which depends on the type of the transported header. This ensures the unification of transport trolleys within the same working widths of the headers, regardless of their brands and types. The object of the utility car is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the trolley in a perspective view, fig. 2 in a top view with detail A, which shows the stop in two positions, i.e. the maximum extended (5A) and fully inserted (5B), while Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the brace. The trolley for transporting harvesters of combine harvesters consists of a carrying beam 1, two wheel axles 2 reinforced against torsional loads through the use of stays 5 attached with a bolt connection to the axle beam 2 on one side, and through a clamp 6 to the carrying bar 1 of the trolley, On the other hand. The transport trolley also comprises a control system 3, which includes a drawbar and steering rods. Supports 4 are mounted on the beam 1, which are intended for placing the header on them. The struts 5, reinforcing trolleys 2, are telescopic with adjustable length and consist of two tubes 5.1 and 5.2 of different diameters so selected that the tube with a smaller diameter 5.2 is slidably placed inside the tube with a larger diameter 5.1. Both pipes 5.1, 5.2 have flattening at the ends of the pipes in the place of their attachment to the axles 2 and the clamp 6 mounted on the beam 1. The pipes 5.1, 5.2 are connected with each other by means of screws 5.3, secured with washers 5.4 and nuts 5.5, by two holes drilled through the length of a pipe with a larger diameter 5.1 and two holes made of several through holes for the length of a pipe with a smaller diameter 5.2. The length of the struts 5 is adjusted by translating the bolts 5.3 through appropriate through-drilled holes to the length of the pipe 5.2 according to a specific scale. After setting a certain length of the strut and putting the bolt through both pipes, the system is secured with washers 5.4 and nuts 5.5. PL PL
