Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest siłownik do rozdzielaczy stosowany do regulacji przepływu medium przez poszczególne pętle ogrzewania lub chłodzenia płaszczyznowego poprzez zmianę ustalonej pozycji zaworu rozdzielacza. Siłownik rozdzielacza do regulacji przepływu medium w układach ogrzewania lub chłodzenia płaszczyznowego posiadający wewnątrz obudowy (1) korpus (2) z silnikiem krokowym (6) wraz z przekładnią i mechanizmem śrubowym wypychacza (7), płytkę PCB (8) do sterowania silnika, środki sygnalizacyjne oraz system komunikacji przewodowej charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada pierścień światłowodowy (3), emitujący światło po całym obwodzie, przymocowany nieruchomo do walcowej obudowy (1) oraz pokrywki (4). Płytka PCB (8) do sterowania silnika zawiera diodę LED (8b) oraz przewody (8a) umieszczone w szczelinach (2b) i zamocowana jest na prowadnicach (2a). Silnik krokowy (6) wraz z przekładnią i mechanizmem śrubowym wypychacza (7) osadzony jest w prowadnicach (2a) korpusu (2) posiadającego powierzchnię prowadzącą i zamocowany jest nieruchomo za pomocą elementów zatrzaskowych.The subject of the invention is an actuator for distributors used to control the flow of medium through individual surface heating or cooling loops by changing the set position of the distributor valve.
