Abstract
Opona przeznaczona jest do symulacji jazdy w warunkach zimowych po oblodzonej nawierzchni. Opona zawiera pokryty warstwą klejową zeszorstkowany karkas (2) oraz bieżnik (3) o małym współczynniku przyczepności. Wzdłuż obwodu czoła karkasa (2) znajdują się połączone z nim dwa ograniczniki (41a i 41b) Pomiędzy czołem karkasa (2), a ogranicznikami (41a i 41b) znajduje się, wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego, bieżnik (3). Bieżnik (3) ma wtopione zbrojenie w postaci opasujących karkas (2) zwojów stalowych linek (9), a jego wypłaszczenie kontrolne (7) pokryte jest warstwą wskaźnikową w postaci elastycznego lakieru kauczukowego. Sposób wykonania bieżnika polega na tym, że na zeszorstkowaną i pokrytą warstwą kleju powierzchnię czoła karkasa nakłada się dwa wytłoczone pasy mieszanki gumowej, natomiast na boki karkasa nakłada się taśmę gumową, a następnie całość poddaje się wulkanizacji, przy czym w procesie tym zostają uformowane dwa ograniczniki. Pomiędzy ogranicznikami nawija się pierwszą warstwę zwojów uplastycznionego cienkiego paska tworzywa sztucznego, przy równoczesnym wtapianiu w nią warstwy zwojów linki stalowej. Następnie nawija się, już bez zwojów linki stalowej, kolejne warstwy zwojów tworzywa sztucznego, które stapiają się za sobą i tworzą wspólnie bieżnik opony. Wypłaszczenie kontrolne pokrywa się warstwą lakieru kauczukowego.The tire is designed to simulate driving in winter conditions on an icy surface. The tire comprises a roughened carcass (2) with an adhesive layer and a tread (3) with a low coefficient of adhesion. Along the circumference of the casing face (2) there are two stops (41a and 41b) connected to it. Between the casing face (2) and the stops (41a and 41b) there is a tread (3) made of plastic. The tread (3) has an embedded reinforcement in the form of coils of steel cables (9) surrounding the carcass (2), and its control flattening (7) is covered with an indicator layer in the form of elastic rubber varnish. The method of making the tread consists in putting two embossed strips of rubber mixture on the roughened and covered with an adhesive layer . Between the limiters, the first layer of turns of a thin plasticized plastic strip is wound, while the layer of turns of a steel cord is melted therein. Then, without the coils of the steel cord, successive layers of the coils of plastic are wound up, fusing together and forming the tire tread. The control flattening is covered with a layer of rubber varnish.
