At least one fan (7) and at least one heat exchanger (9) are located in a separate and thermally insulated chamber (8), the heat exchangers (9, 13) have the same efficiency, and the system is equipped with a four-way valve (4) and a shut-off valve (1) located on the bypass (2) of the compressor (5B).
