Abstract

Zintegrowana matryca czujników gazu charakteryzuje się tym, że ma postać monolitycznej matrycy czujników gazu, wykonanej w technologii niskotemperaturowej współwypalanej ceramiki (ang. Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic, LTCC), zawierającej wiele warstw ceramicznych (11 - 18), przy czym jedna z warstw wewnętrznych (12) zawiera rozsunięte względem siebie ramiona, stanowiące mostki termiczne, na których po jednej stronie osadzone są czujniki gazu , a po drugiej stronie osadzone są grzejniki czujników gazu, przy czym w co najmniej jednej warstwie (11), pomiędzy czujnikami gazu a otoczeniem zewnętrznym, znajdują się przelotowe otwory (21), doprowadzające gaz do czujników, a ponadto w co najmniej jednej warstwie (13 - 15) stycznej do grzejników znajduje się komora powietrzna (26).The integrated matrix of gas sensors is characterized by the fact that it has the form of a monolithic matrix of gas sensors, made in the technology of Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic (LTCC), containing many ceramic layers (11 - 18), with one of the inner layers ( 12) contains arms spaced apart relative to each other, constituting thermal bridges, on which gas sensors are mounted on one side, and gas sensor heaters are mounted on the other, with at least one layer (11) between the gas sensors and the external environment, there are through holes (21) for gas supply to the sensors, and in at least one layer (13-15) tangent to the radiators there is an air chamber (26).
