Abstract

Urządzenie do ciągłego generowania i prezentacji raportów sprzedażowych i prognoz sprzedażowych zawierające moduły komunikacji z urządzeniami zewnętrznymi (BT, WIFI, NFC), pamięć wewnętrzną (PW) niezbędną do przechowywania generowanych raportów oraz szablonów, pamięć operacyjną (PO) niezbędną do wykonywania czynności narzuconych przez aplikację oraz procesor (PROC), charakteryzuje się tym, że wyposażone jest w modułowy blok konsolidacji i normalizacji danych (BKND), pamięć urządzenia (PW) z którego raport (WiFi, NFC, BT) jest przesyłany na urządzenie zewnętrzne, wyświetlacz lub do wydruku przez urządzenia komunikacyjne (BT, WiFi, NFC). Sposób ciągłego generowania i prezentacji raportów sprzedażowych i prognoz sprzedażowych z wykorzystaniem specjalistycznego oprogramowania charakteryzuje się tym, że dane dostarczane są z wielu źródeł, szeregowane są przez urządzenie wykorzystujące normalizację danych poprzez ciągłą pracę procesora urządzenia i modułowego bloku normalizacji danych, ułożenie danych w szablony raportów pobieranych z pamięci wewnętrznej urządzenia, a także na udostępnianie raportów sprzedażowych i prognoz sprzedażowych obejmujący detekcję użytkownika dla którego przeznaczone są raporty i analizy wraz jego automatyczną autoryzacją i udostępnianie raportu na żądanie z wykorzystaniem technologii NFC lub komendy głosowej.A device for continuous generation and presentation of sales reports and sales forecasts containing communication modules with external devices (BT, WIFI, NFC), internal memory (PW) necessary to store generated reports and templates, operational memory (PO) necessary to perform actions imposed by the application and processor (PROC), characterized by the fact that it is equipped with a modular block of data consolidation and normalization (BKND), device memory (PW) from which the report (WiFi, NFC, BT) is sent to an external device, display or for printing via communication devices (BT, WiFi, NFC). The method of continuous generation and presentation of sales reports and sales forecasts using specialized software is characterized by the fact that the data is supplied from many sources, is serialized by a device using data normalization through continuous operation of the device processor and a modular data normalization block, arranging data in templates of downloaded reports from the internal memory of the device, as well as to provide sales reports and sales forecasts, including detection of the user for whom the reports and analyzes are intended, along with its automatic authorization and sharing the report on demand using NFC technology or voice command.
