Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania kompozytu zawierającego ciecz zagęszczaną ścinaniem, polega na tym, że przygotowuje się prepolimer uretanowy na bazie diolu oligowęglanowego o średnim liczbowo ciężarze cząsteczkowym 1000 - 4000 lub diolu oligo(estro - węglanowego) o średnim liczbowo ciężarze cząsteczkowym 1000 - 4000 lub polibutadienu zakończonego grupami hydroksylowymi o średnim liczbowo ciężarze cząsteczkowym 1000 - 3000 jako składnika poliolowego oraz diizocyjanianu izoforonu lub diizocyjanianu heksametylenu lub diizocyjanianu toluilenu lub diizocyjanianu difenylometanu jako składnika diizocyjanianowego, przy stosunku molowym składnika poliolowego do diizocyjanianowego od 20/80 do 33/67, po czym ciecz zagęszczaną ścinaniem wprowadza się w postaci stałych zamrożonych cząstek o wymiarze 1 - 5 mm do formy z elastomeru poliuretanowego i zalewa mieszaniną składającą się z otrzymanego uprzednio prepolimeru uretanowego, przedłużacza łańcucha wybranego spośród: butano-1,4-diolu lub propano-1,2-diolu lub pentano-1,5-diolu oraz katalizatora, w temperaturze od 5 do 20°C, przy czym stosunek molowy przedłużacza łańcucha do ilości obecnych w prepolimerze grup izocyjanianowych wynosi od 33/67 do 30/70, zaś katalizator dodawany jest w ilości od 0,5 do 4%mol w stosunku do ilości obecnych w prepolimerze grup izocyjanianowych, po czym całość pozostawia się do utwardzenia.The method of obtaining a composite containing a shear thickened liquid is that a urethane prepolymer based on oligocarbon diol with a number average molecular weight of 1000 - 4000 or oligo (ester-carbonate) diol with a number average molecular weight of 1000 - 4000 or polybutadiene terminated with hydroxyl groups is prepared with a number average molecular weight of 1000-3000 as a polyol component and isophorone diisocyanate or hexamethylene diisocyanate or toluene diisocyanate or diphenylmethane diisocyanate as a diisocyanate component, at a molar ratio of polyol to diisocyanate from 20/80 to the thickened liquid in the form of solid frozen particles of 1 - 5 mm in size into a polyurethane elastomer mold and is poured with a mixture consisting of the previously obtained urethane prepolymer, a chain extender selected from: butane-1,4-diol or propane-1,2-diol or pentane-1,5-diol and catalyst at a temperature of 5 to 20 ° C, the molar ratio of chain extender to the amount of isocyanate groups present in the prepolymer is from 33/67 to 30/70, and the catalyst is added in an amount of 0.5 to 4 mol% relative to the amount of isocyanate groups present in the prepolymer, after which the whole is allowed to cure.
