Abstract
Opakowanie transportowe (1) do produktów wrażliwych na temperaturę, stanowiące pudełko z kartonu, wyposażone w plombę (3) uniemożliwiającą jego otwarcie bez zniszczenia plomby (3) lub opakowania transportowego (1). W ściance opakowania transportowego (1) jest zamontowany rejestrator (2) stanowiący jej integralną część. Rejestrator (2) zawiera układ do pomiaru i rejestracji temperatur w funkcji czasu wyposażony w czujnik pomiaru temperatury, mikroprocesor wyposażony w pamięć zewnętrzną i/lub wewnętrzną typu RAM, przy czym mikroprocesor ma połączenie z wyposażonym w oscylator kwarcowy wewnętrzny lub zewnętrzny zegarem czasu rzeczywistego, w którym całkowity zakres mierzonych temperatur, jest podzielony na odcinki pomiarowe, przy czym każdemu odcinkowi pomiarowemu jest przypisane połączenie indywidualnego rezystora z obsługującym go kluczem, natomiast wszystkie połączenia indywidualnych rezystorów z obsługującymi je kluczami łączy obwód termistora, który ma połączenie z co najmniej 8 bitowym mikroprocesorem, ponadto zegar czasu rzeczywistego ma funkcje podawania czasu i/lub interwałów czasowych oraz ustalania się dokładnego czasu UTC w układzie zawierającym co najmniej zapisy daty i godziny startu + n razy przedział czasowy oraz daty końca czasu rejestracji, poza tym mikroprocesor ma połączenie co najmniej z pamięcią wewnętrzną RAM. Fragment powierzchni rejestratora (2) odpowiedzialny za pomiar temperatury znajduje się po stronie wnętrza i/lub stronie zewnętrznej opakowania transportowego (1).Transport packaging (1) for products sensitive to temperature, constituting a carton box, equipped with a seal (3) preventing its opening without destroying the seal (3) or transport packaging (1). The recorder (2) contains a system for measuring and recording temperatures as a function of time, equipped with a temperature measurement sensor, microprocessor equipped with external and / or internal RAM type memory, whereby the microprocessor is connected to an internal or external real-time clock equipped with a quartz oscillator, in which the total range of measured temperatures is divided into measuring sections, where each measuring section is assigned a connection of an individual resistor with the key that supports it, while all connections of individual resistors with the keys that support them are connected by a thermistor circuit which has a connection with at least 8 bit microprocessor, in addition, the real-time clock has the functions of specifying time and / or time intervals and determining the exact UTC time in a system containing at least the records of the start date and time + n times the time interval and the end date of registration time, except the microprocessor has at least a connection to the internal RAM memory. A fragment of the recorder surface (2) responsible for temperature measurement is located on the inside and / or the outside of the transport packaging (1).
