We wnetrzu zbiornika (2) umieszczony jest walcowy obrotowy plywak (3) o osi (4), wspartej za posrednictwem prowadnic (5) na osi (7) rolek (8) prowadzacych, opartych na kolowym torze (1). Prowadnice (5) wyprowadzone sa na zewnatrz wypelnionego ciecza zbiornika (2) przez elastyczne uszczelnienia (9, 10) centrycznych otworów (6) w dnach zbiornika (2).
