Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pokrowiec ogrzewany, znajdujacy swoje zastosowanie jako pokrycie szczelnie okrywajace elastyczne gumowe liny, zalozone na wyrzutni bezzalogowych stat- ków powietrznych dla utrzymywania lin w odpowiedniej temperaturze oraz zachowania ich sprawnosci w warunkach niskiej temperatury otoczenia. Wzór przemyslowy zostal sfotografowany i wyglada tak jak na zalaczonych fotografiach przed- stawiajacych kolejno: Fig. 1 – widok wierzchniej strony pokrowca z widocznym zaplecionym wzdluz grzbietu elastycznym sznurem sciagajacym oraz przyszytymi pasami opinajacymi z regulowanymi klamrami oraz kolnierzami z rzepami. Wzdluz grzbietu worka zapleciony jest elastyczny sznur sciagajacy. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia pokrowca po- siada dodatkowe ocieplenie z pikowaniem w postaci prostokatnych fald, powstalych w wyniku naszycia warstwy ocieplajacej, ulozonych w poprzek pokrowca. Wnetrze pokrowca jest obszyte cienkim, mocnym materialem i posiada karbowana powierzchnie z prazkami ulozonymi wzdluznie, powstalymi w wyniku wszytej spirali grzejnej. Elastyczny sznur sciagajacy jest zapleciony wzdluz zszytego boku. Na koncach pokrowca przyszyte sa uchwyty z tasmy nosnej, ulatwiajace transport i nakladanie pokrowca na liny. Uchwyty posiadaja obszycie z tkaniny odblaskowej. Otwarty bok pokrowca ma przyszyte pasy opinajace z regulowanymi klamrami i kolnierze z rzepami do szczelnego zapiecia pokrowca zalozonego na liny. Na wierzchniej stronie pokrowca, przy jednym z jego konców przyszyte sa nachodzace na siebie prostokatne klapy z wszytymi ociepleniami, zamykane na rzepy obszyte tkanina odblaskowa. Klapy po- krywa wzdluznie ulozona plecionka z elastycznego sznura sciagajacego i umozliwiaja dostep do insta- lacji elektrycznej w wewnetrznej warstwie pokrowca. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia pokrowca jest pokryta kolorowymi latami kamuflazu w ciemnych i jasnych odcieniach zieleni oraz brazu, a powierzchnia we- wnetrzna ma ciemny kolor grafitu. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a heated cover, used as a tight-fitting cover for flexible rubber ropes installed on the launcher of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to maintain the ropes at the appropriate temperature and maintain their efficiency in low-temperature conditions. The industrial design has been photographed and appears as shown in the attached photographs, which show: Fig. 1 – View of the cover's top side, with a visible elastic drawstring braided along the back and sewn-in fastening straps with adjustable buckles and Velcro collars. Colorful camouflage patches in dark and light shades of green and brown are visible on the cover's surface. The new and unique appearance of the product, based on the industrial design, is particularly evident in its shape, surface arrangement, and colors. Essential features of the industrial design: The industrial design consists of a contoured bag made of soft fabrics in the shape of an elongated rectangle, open along one side to allow it to be attached to ropes. An elastic drawstring is braided along the back of the bag. The outer surface of the cover features additional quilted insulation in the form of rectangular pleats, created by sewing the insulating layer across the cover. The interior is lined with a thin, strong material and features a ribbed surface with longitudinal stripes created by the sewn-in heating coil. An elastic drawstring is braided along the sewn-in side. Carrying strap handles are sewn onto the ends of the cover, making it easier to transport and attach the cover to ropes. The handles are trimmed with reflective fabric. The open side of the cover features sewn-in tightening straps with adjustable buckles and Velcro collars for a tight fit when the cover is attached to ropes. On the top of the cover, at one end, overlapping rectangular flaps with sewn-in insulation are sewn on. They close with Velcro and are trimmed with reflective fabric. The flaps are covered with a lengthwise braided elastic drawstring and allow access to the electrical wiring in the cover's inner layer. The outer surface of the cover is covered with colorful camouflage patterns in dark and light shades of green and brown, while the inner surface is dark graphite.
