Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest uchwyt mocujący mocowany do robota poprzez płytę mocującą, zawiera element dolny (1), który ma kształt równoramiennego krzyża. Na końcu ramienia (2) elementu dolnego (1), w odstępie od jego krawędzi jest co najmniej jeden otwór mocujący (3), zaś w centralnej części elementu dolnego (1) jest otwór centralny, a po którego dwóch stronach są rozłączne, naprzeciwległe do siebie, co najmniej dwa elementy mocujące (6), z których każdy posiada co najmniej dwa otwory łączące (10). Element mocujący (6), od strony otworu centralnego ma pionowe, półokrągłe w przekroju poprzecznym wybranie mocujące (8). W środkowej części ramienia (2) elementu dolnego (1), pomiędzy otworem mocującym (3) a otworem centralnym jest półokrągłe wybranie ramieniowe (5). Po stronie przeciwnej do otworu centralnego, wzdłuż jego wysokości, element mocujący (6) posiada trójkątny w przekroju wzdłużnym wypust (9), którego podstawa jest w dolnej części elementu mocującego (6), która styka się z elementem dolnym (1), a wierzchołek tego wypustu (9) jest w górnej części tego elementu mocującego (6). Element mocujący (6) ma cztery otwory łączące (10), po dwa otwory łączące (10) po każdej stronie wypustu (9). Otwór łączący (10) jednego elementu mocującego (6) jest współosiowy z naprzeciwległym do niego otworem łączącym (10) drugiego elementu mocującego (6).The subject of the application is a mounting fixture attached to the robot through a mounting plate, it includes a lower element (1), which has the shape of an isosceles cross. The fastening element (6) on the side of the central opening has a vertical, semicircular in cross-section, fastening recess (8). In the central part of the arm (2) of the lower element (1), between the fixing hole (3) and the central hole there is a semicircular shoulder recess (5). On the side opposite to the central opening, along its height, the fastening element (6) has a longitudinal triangular projection (9), the base of which is in the lower part of the fastening element (6), which contacts the lower element (1), and the apex this protrusion (9) is in the upper part of the securing element (6). The fixing element (6) has four connecting holes (10), two connecting holes (10) on each side of the tongue (9). The connection opening (10) of one fastening element (6) is coaxial with the opposite connection opening (10) of the other fastening element (6).
