Abstract
Szyba zespolona zawierająca równoległe tafle szkła pomiędzy którymi znajduje się obwodowy profil dystansowy o przekroju wielokąta zawierającego ściankę zewnętrzną, ścianki boczne i ściankę wewnętrzną, przy czym przestrzeń pomiędzy ściankami bocznymi a taflami szkła jest wypełniona kauczukiem butylowym, a przestrzeń pomiędzy ścianką zewnętrzną a taflami szkła po obwodzie szyby zespolonej jest wypełniona poliuretanowym kitem uszczelniającym, charakteryzuje się tym, że ścianki boczne (22, 23) profilu dystansowego (20) są podwójne i zawierają części pierwsze zewnętrzne (22AZ, 23AZ) i części pierwsze wewnętrzne (22AW, 23AW), prostopadłe do głównej płaszczyzny ścianki wewnętrznej (24) oraz części drugie zewnętrzne (22BZ, 23BZ) i części drugie wewnętrzne (22BW, 23BW) skośne do głównej płaszczyzny ścianki zewnętrznej (21), przy czym pomiędzy częściami zewnętrznymi (22AZ, 22BZ, 23AZ, 23BZ) a częściami wewnętrznymi (22AW, 22BW, 23AW, 23BW) znajdują się komory izolacyjne (22K, 23K), a ponadto profil dystansowy (20) ma narożnikowe wypustki (25, 26) równoległe do głównej płaszczyzny ścianki wewnętrznej (24), znajdujące się w narożnikach pomiędzy ścianką wewnętrzną (24) a częściami pierwszymi zewnętrznymi (22AZ, 23AZ) ścianek bocznych (22, 23), stykające się z wewnętrznymi powierzchniami tafli szklanych (11, 12) na całym obwodzie szyby zespolonej.Insulated glass containing parallel glass panes between which there is a circumferential spacer profile with a polygonal cross section containing the outer wall, side walls and the inner wall, the space between the side walls and the glass panes is filled with butyl rubber, and the space between the outer wall and the glass panes around the perimeter insulated glass is filled with polyurethane sealing putty, characterized by the fact that the side walls (22, 23) of the spacer profile (20) are double and contain the first external parts (22AZ, 23AZ) and the first internal parts (22AW, 23AW), perpendicular to the main internal wall planes (24) and second external parts (22BZ, 23BZ) and second internal parts (22BW, 23BW) oblique to the main external wall plane (21), with the external parts (22AZ, 22BZ, 23AZ, 23BZ) and parts internal (22AW, 22BW, 23AW, 23BW) there are insulation chambers (22K, 23K), and in addition the distance profile (20) has corner projections (25, 26) parallel to the main plane of the inner wall (24), located in the corners between the inner wall (24) and the first external parts (22AZ, 23AZ) of the side walls (22, 23), in contact with the inner surfaces of the glass panes (11, 12) around the entire perimeter of the insulating glass.
