Rozeta ozdobna Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest rozeta ozdobna majaca zastosowanie jako ozdoba drzwi wejsciowych montowana zwlaszcza do górnego zamka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac rozety ozdobnej, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji zbiorczej, która przedstawia fotografie rozety ozdobnej w dwóch odmianach w widoku perspektywicznym, na której fig. 1 i fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie rozety w pierwszej odmianie, pod zespól zabezpieczen bebenkowych, a fig. 3 i fig. 4 fotografie rozety w drugiej odmianie, pod wkladke bebenkowa gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia rozete w widoku z góry, fig. 2 w widoku z boku, fig.3 przedstawia rozete w drugiej odmianie w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 te sama odmiane rozety w widoku z boku. W obu odmianach wzoru rozeta ma postac plytki, której ksztalt tym rózni sie od ksztaltu prostokata, ze krótsze boki tej figury sa zaokraglone o duzym promieniu krzywizny. Powierzchnia dolna rozety jest plaska a powierzchnia czolowa wypukla. Rozeta od czola na calej powierzchni posiada nierównomierne ozdobne rysy. W odmianie pierwszej przedstawionej na fig. 1 i fig. 2 w powierzchni czolowej rozety osadzona jest nakladka wykonana z tego samego materialu co rozeta, przy czym dluzsza os owalnej nakladki jest równolegla do dluzszych boków rozety, a w górnej czesci nakladka posiada przelotowy okragly otwór pod zespól zabezpieczen wkladki bebenkowej. Naklacjka na calej powierzchni czolowej posiada te same rysy ozdobne co rozeta.W odmianie drugiej przedstawionej na fig. 3 i fig.4 w powierzchni czolowej rozety usytuowany jest przelotowy otwór pod wkladke bebenkowa o ksztalcie powstalym przez polaczenie prostokata i pólkola przy czym krótszy bok prostokata ma postac wkleslego luku o duzym promieniu krzywizny. Cechy istotne wzoru: 1. The subject of the industrial design is a decorative rosette used as an entrance door decoration, mounted particularly to an upper lock. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of decorative rosette, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is shown in the attached collective illustration, which presents photographs of the decorative rosette in two variants in a perspective view. Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show photographs of the first variant of the rosette, for a cylinder security system, and Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show photographs of the second variant of the rosette, for a cylinder insert. Fig. 1 shows the rosette from above, Fig. 2 from the side, Fig. 3 shows the second variant of the rosette from above, and Fig. 4 shows the same variant from the side. In both variants of the design, the rosette is a plate-shaped plate, differing from a rectangle in that the shorter sides of this figure are rounded with a large radius of curvature. The lower surface of the rosette is flat, while the front surface is convex. The front of the rosette features uneven decorative features across its entire surface. In the first variant, shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a cover made of the same material as the rosette is embedded in the front surface of the rosette, with the longer axis of the oval cover parallel to the longer sides of the rosette, and the cover has a through circular hole in its upper part for the cylinder's security system. The insert has the same decorative features as the rosette across its entire front surface. In the second variant, shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the front surface of the rosette features a through hole for the cylinder insert, shaped by combining a rectangle and a semicircle, with the shorter side of the rectangle being a concave arc with a large radius of curvature. Essential features of the design: 1. In both variants of the industrial design: • the rosette has the form of a plate, the shape of which differs from a rectangle in that the shorter sides of this figure are rounded with a large radius of curvature. In the first design variant: - a cover plate made of the same material as the rosette is embedded in the front surface of the rosette, with the longer axis of the oval cover plate being parallel to the longer sides of the rosette, and in the upper part the cover plate has a through-hole for the cylinder lock assembly. - the cover plate has the same decorative features as the rosette on its entire front surface. 3. In the second design variant: - a through-hole for the cylinder lock is located in the front surface of the rosette, in a shape created by combining a rectangle and a semicircle, with the shorter side of the rectangle having the form of a concave arc with a large radius of curvature.
