Przeznaczona jest do montazu instalacji rurowej. The subject of the industrial design is a shaped plate for thermal insulation of pipe installations used in heating and surface cooling systems, especially floor cooling. It is designed for the installation of piping.

Znane sa ksztaltowe plyty do izolacji termicznej posadzki w systemach ogrzewania podlogowego majace na powierzchni czolowej krzyzujace sie rowki, w których umieszcza sie rury po limach prostych i lukach. Shaped slabs for the thermal insulation of floors in underfloor heating systems are known, having intersecting grooves on the front surface, in which pipes are placed along straight limbs and gaps.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii tworzacych krzyzujace sie lukowo rowki dla instalacji rurowej skladajacych sie na plyte ksztaltowa ogrzewania podlogowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object manifested in the pattern of lines forming arc-crossing grooves for the piping system constituting the shaped plate of the underfloor heating. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing.

Plyta ksztaltowa ogrzewania podlogowego, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wykonana jest z materialu o dobrej izolacji termicznej np. polistyrenu spienionego i ma postac prostopadloscianu, w którym na jednej powierzchni czolowej wykonane sa rowki w postaci prostych krzyzujacych sie linii tworzacych w miejscach przeciecia symetryczne luki o zarysie ulatwiajacym sposób ukladania rur. The shaped panel of the floor heating, according to the industrial design, is made of a material with good thermal insulation, e.g. expanded polystyrene, and has the form of a cuboid, in which, on one face surface, there are grooves in the form of straight crossing lines, forming symmetrical arches at the intersections with a contour that facilitates pipe laying method.

The transverse grooves thereto also run in a straight line and are arranged in pairs along the shorter sides of the panel. The mutual distance between the grooves is twice as much as between the grooves and the edge of the disc. Between the longitudinal grooves there are gaps with a radius depending on the width of the groove. In the extreme transverse grooves, closest to the short side of the panel, where they intersect with the longitudinal grooves, all four arc passages are symmetrical. In the remaining places of the intersecting grooves, the arched transitions are symmetrical in pairs.
