Abstract

The disclosure provides a processing method for laterite nickel ore acid leaching slag. The processing method comprises: carrying out pressurized acid leaching processing on laterite nickel ore; pre-neutralizing the acid leaching liquid; adjusting pH value of the pre-neutralized liquid to 3.2-3.5 by using calcium hydroxide at 70-80øC, and carrying out primary iron-aluminum removal; processing a mixture of the primary iron-aluminum slag and the iron-containing acid leaching slag by utilizing a magnetization roasting process; adjusting pH value of the primary iron-aluminum removed liquid to 4.2-4.5 by using calcium hydroxide at 70-80øC, and carrying out secondary iron-aluminum removal; carrying out nickel-cobalt precipitation on the secondary iron-aluminum removed liquid; carrying out manganese precipitation and magnesium precipitation on the nickel-cobalt precipitated barren liquid step by step; and returning the secondary iron-aluminum slag to the pressurized acid leaching processing process, so that the metal recovery rate is improved.
