Abstract

According to the present invention, lead plates are reliably connected to protruding electrodes, and potting resin is prevented from flowing into discharge ports of the protruding electrodes. According to the present invention, a plurality of batteries 1 are arranged in fixed positions by a battery holder. Lead plates 3 are connected to protruding electrodes 11 of the batteries 1 and thermally bonded by a potting resin 13. The battery holder has outer peripheral cover parts 21 that have electrode windows 24 that expose the protruding electrodes 11. The lead plates 3 have flat parts 31 that have local connection recesses 32 at which protruding surfaces 33 protrude into the electrode windows 24 toward the protruding electrodes 11. First two-sided tape 4 is stuck between outer peripheral edge parts of the batteries 1 and the outer peripheral cover parts 21 of the battery holder. Second two-sided tape 5 is stuck between the outer peripheral cover parts 21 of the battery holder and the flat parts 31 of the lead plates 3. Sealing labels 6 are stuck at the flat parts 31 of the lead plates 3 to close the openings of the connection recesses 32 and thereby block the potting resin 13 from flowing into discharge ports that are provided in the protruding electrodes 11.
