Abstract

The problems solved through the invention are the channels of the controller of diesel locomotive could not be detected by itself in prior art, and the solution of the invention is a circuit and method of the invention. The gist of the solution is: the circuit comprises the controller with its channel PWM and FI connected with each other, its channel DO and DI connected with each other, its channel AO and AI connected with each other, its channel CAN bus connected with the CAN bus of upper computer and its channel RS485 connected with RS485 of upper computer; the main steps of the method on the circuit are as follows: the controller sets the outputs of channel PWM, DO and AO according to the CAN message sent from upper computer, and returns the detected results at FI, DI and AI to the upper computer through CAN bus; the upper computer sends life signals to the controller through RS485, the controller returns the received signals back to the upper computer through RS485; the upper computer displays and compares the life signals sent and received by it.
