A Deburring Device for Gear
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a deburring device for gear.
Background of the invention
Gear need deburring process after machining, in the related art this process is also achieved manually, but this method consumes too much time and work and could not get desirable effect.
Chinese patent number 200510059221.7 entitled "a mitre gear-cutting machine" is discloses a mitre gear-cutting machine, in particular, which is designed for chamfering and deburring on the tooth of the fear. Said gear cutting machine spindle coaxially housing the mitre gear. A carriage is set to house the board cutter bits of several tooling. The gear cutting machine is provided with axes numerical controlled, they are driven by a programme director. One of the axes forms the mandril axis of the work-piece mandril, and others are used for the mandril of the board cutter bits. The axes numerical controlled are implemented and positioned: work-piece mandril and mitre gear could incline relative to the cutter bits, when work-piece mandril rotates around the work-piece mandril axis and the cutter bits rotates around the work-piece mandril axis simultaneously, tooling could get into the space between the neighboring teeth one by one, and implement chamfering or deburring relative to the brim. The configuration of the patent application above is too complex and could be only used for chamfering or deburring on the mitre gear and the application is incomprehensive and the operating cost is too high.
Disclosure of the invention
The present invention has an object of providing a deburring device for gear, which is applied to deburr on straight gear, mitre gear and bevel gear etc and has simple configuration, reasonable design, great efficiency and low cost. Its simple configuration and reasonable design make it can be applied to deburr on various gears, such as straight gear, mitre gear, bevel gear etc. The methods of the related art to manually deburr need more time and efficacy and have badly effect and less application and high cost. The present invention has great efficiency and low cost and could solve all the problems above.

The present invention employed the followings in order to achieve the above-mentioned object: the plate is supported horizontally rotatablely on a base by a shaft. Rigid brush driven by the driving portion is set on the side of the plate, said plate has generally disc configuration, some positioning components of the work-piece are provided on the upper surface of the plate and surround its center. Said driving portion connects fixedly to a standing board that connects with a supporting board through an adjusting bolt, and the said supporting board connects rotatablely to an adjusting base plate. The height of the rigid brush can be adjusted by adjusting fitting height of the standing board and the supporting board. The tilt angle of the rigid brush can be adjusted by adjusting the position of supporting board on the adjusting base plate. Consequently, it could fill the requirement of deburring of various tilt angles on various gears, such as straight gear, mitre gear, bevel gear etc. The scope of this invention is widened. The driving portion drives the rigid brush. The aim of deburring on gear is achieved by the friction between the brush and the tooth surface of the gear. It has great effect of deburring and high efficiency.
Preferably, a gear is set on said shaft coupling with the shaft. Said gear is driven by the driven system. Said driven system comprises cylinder, connecting block set on the end of piston rod of cylinder and driven cover connecting to the connecting block. Said driven cover is pushed to the teeth of the gear. The guiding board is set under said driven cover. Said guiding board is approximately horizontally set, the upper surface of said guiding board is withstanding the lower surface of the driven cover. After the deburring on a gear is accomplished, the supporting board is driven by the driven system and turn to a certain angle to change to another work-piece processed to deburr. Then the work-piece accomplished is taken out. Repeatedly like this, the deburring is going on uninterruptedly and it is efficient.
Preferably, the tooth number of the said gear is integral times of the orientation structure number of the supporting plate housing the work-piece. The protecting cover is set outside the gear. An opening is set on the circumference of said protecting cover to make several teeth of the gear exposure and driven conveniently by the driven cover. The gear can be driven by the driven system to rotate. The work position of the work-piece is positioned according to the turned tooth number of the gear.
Preferably, said lower surface of the supporting board is supported on several position supports. Steel balls are set between the upper surface of the position support and the lower surface of the supporting board. Spring is provided between the steel balls and position support. The supporting board

is forced equably on the support of the position support, which can prevent supporting board from tilt during deburring on the work-piece induced by the uneven force on the supporting board. Wherein the coupling of the steel balls and the spring make supporting board rotate easily. When the supporting board is driven by the driven system, the steel balls are pressed and make the spring compress, so that the supporting board can rotate easily.
Preferably, said position machine is a bearing set in the supporting board. Inside race of said bearing form the position hole of housing the work-piece. In operation, the axle of the gear work-piece is cut in the hole of the inside race of bearing. When the rigid brush is deburring on the work-piece driven by the driving portion, the gear work-piece is forced to rotate to achieve deburring on all the teeth of the gear work-piece by the brush.
Preferably, a ball bearing is provided between the shaft and tke base. The inside race of said ball bearing is fixed to the shaft and the outside race is set in the base. When the supporting board is driven by the driven system, the shaft fixed to the supporting board could rotate around the base easily.
Preferably, a supporting pole is set beside the supporting board and control panel is set on the supporting pole. The control panel can control the driven system and the driving portion.
Its simple configuration and reasonable design make it can be applied to deburr on various gears, such as straight gear, mitre gear, bevel gear etc. It has high efficiency and low cost.
