Abstract

Selv-nivelerende vandig blanding som omfatter 100 vektdeler av et basismateriale som er en blanding av sement og vannfri gips av naturlig type-II, som er blandet i et vektforhold fra 40/60 til 80/20; 0,1-3 vekt- deler av et akryl-dispergeringsmiddel eller en dispergeringsmiddel-blanding som innehol- der 0,1-3 vektdeler av et akryl-disperge- ringsmiddel og 0,1-2 vektdeler av et melamin- dispergeringsmiddel; 0,01-0,6 vektdeler av et fortykningsmiddel; 0,01-0,6 vektdeler av et avskummingsmiddel; 0,05-1 vektdel av en stiv- neakselerator; 0,2-6 vektdeler av en krympe- inhibitor; 30-300 vektdeler av et aggregat; og 30-60 vektdeler vann. Den selv-nivelerende vandige blanding har utmerkede karakteristikker ved at den genererer bare svært små endringer i lengde, ikke genererer sprekker eller separerer fra substratet, og har høy vannfasthets-ytelse, uten å bli påvirket av omgivelsesforhold el- ler tykkelse av installasjonen. I tillegg opprettholder den høy fluiditet i et langt tidsrom. Følgelig er det mulig å produsere blandingen i en fabrikk og å transportere den til arbeidsstedet ved hjelp av en agitator- lastebil for helling på substratet. De be- skrevne blandinger er derfor utmerkede med hensyn til kvalitet og arbeidseffektivitet.
