Description

"Anordning for luftbehandling av skummende væsker."
Foreliggende oppfinnelse går'ut på en anordning for luftbehandling av skummende væsker i beholdere, f. eks. latrine- eller gjødselgroper og liknende med en i beholderen nedsenket, med driv-motor forbundet, hul aksel som ved den enden som ligger motsatt motoren er forsynt med en propeller og åpninger for utslipping av gjennom den hule aksel tilført luft. Ved denne kjente anordning omrøres den i beholderen værende væské krjaftig og luft blåses inn i denne. Luften strømmer gjennom væsken i form av bobler og sam-ler seg deretter ved væskeoverflaten som skum. Ved omrøringen under lufttilførsel drepes etter noen tid de i væsken forekommende sykdomsfrembringende mikroorganismer og det oppnåes en reduksjon eller eliminering av væskens lukt. Denne kjente anordning har den ulempe at det dels dannes et høyt skumskikt ovenfor væskeoverflaten,.dels at propelleren ikke frembringer en strømning som omvelter samtlige skikt i væsken, hvorfor omrøringen må opprett-holdes i en forholdsvis lang tid.
For minskning eller tilintetgjørelse av skumskitet ovenpå væsken har det allerede vært foreslått å anordne en stiv aksel inne i et rør som er dyppet ned i væsken og som bærer propelleren, idet den enden av akslen som ligger motsatt drivmotoren befinner seg over væskeoyerflaten. Ved denne kjente utfø-relse blåses luften av propelleren gjennom røret inn i væsken og samtidig bortsuges det skum som flyter på væskeover f laten.. Denne kjente anordning har den ulempe at det ikke frembringes noen sirkulerende strømning av væsken og' ingen tilfredsstillende til-førsel av luft, hvorfor den ønskede luktminskende effekt kan oppnåes bare meget langsomt.
Formålet med oppfinnelsen er å eliminere ulempene ved denne kjente anordning. Ifølge oppfinnelsen oppnåes dette ved at den hule aksel omgis av et i begge ender åpent rør, og den ende av røret som vender mot motoren er anordnet til i det minste delvis å ligge under nivået av den væske som befinner seg i beholderen, for at skum skal kunne innsuges i den åpning av røret som befinner seg ved væskeoverflaten og innføres i væsken, ifølge en foretruk-ket utførelsesform for oppfinnelsen er den mot motoren vendte ende av røret avskrånet. For oppnåelse av et rolig forløp og for å
unngå rysting av det stativ som bærer anordningen, foreslåes
det videre ifølge oppfinnelsen at røret sammen med motoren og akslen som bærer propelleren er fritt opphengt, i et holderorgan som er anordnet over beholderen.
Oppfinnelsen skal beskrives nærmere i det følgende under henvisning til vedlagte tegning, som viser et vertikalsnitt gjennom en som eksempel valgt utførelse av foreliggende anordning.
En f. eks. av betong bestående beholder 1 er fylt med flytende gjødsel 2. Over væskenivået er et skumskikt 8. I væsken er nedsenket et rør 6, hvis ende av avskrånet i væskenivåets om-råde, slik at såvel væske som skum kan strømme inn i rørets øvre åpning. I røret er anordnet en propeller 7, som ved hjelp av en hul aksel 5 drives av en motor 3. Røret 6 bæres av stenger 9, som er festet i motorhuset. Den av motoren, akslen,propelleren og røret dannede enhet bæres av en kardanlenke 4. Akslen er i nær heten av motoren forsynt med åpninger 10 og i nærheten av propelleren med åpninger 11 for innsuging resp. utblåsing av luft.
Når propelleren roterer innsuges såvel væske som skum gjennom den øvre åpning av røret 6. Ved utløpsenden av røret medbringes den gjjennom akslens P^låpninger 10 innsugede luft av den i rørets aksiale retning gående strømning. På tegningen antydes væskestrømningen ved helt opptrukne linjer -og luftboblenes bevegelse med strekete piler. Av tegningen fremgår at hele væske-mengden veltes om mellom bunnen av beholderen og væskeoverflaten, og anrikes med luft.

Claims (3)

1. Anordning for luftbehandling av skummende væsker i beholdere, f. eks. latrine- eller gjødselgroper og liknende, med en i beholderen nedsenket, med drivmotoren forbundet, hul aksel, som ved den ende som ligger motsatt motoren er forsynt med en propeller /3g åpninger for utslipping av igjennom den hule aksel tilført luft, karakterisert ved at den hule aksel (U^5) er omgitt av et i begge ender åpent rør (6) hvis mot motoren (3) vendende ende er anordnet til i det minste delvis å ligge under nivået for den i beholderen (1) værende væske (2) for at skum skal kunne innsuges i rørets ved væskeoverflaten liggende åpning og innføres i væsken.
2. Anordning som angitt i kra <y> 1, karakterisert v e d at den mot motoren vendende ende av røret (6) er avskrånet.
3. Anordning som angitt i krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at røret (6) sammen med motoren (3) og akslen (5) som bærer propelleren (7) er fritt opphengt i et over beholderen anordnet holderorgan (4).
