Fixing element for a control box base.
Description
The invention relates to a device for fastening a switch box to the floor, wherein the switch box comprises a base composed of longitudinal screens, cross screens and corner pieces, which can be fixed to the floor by means of fixing screws.
Such bases are composed of two transverse and longitudinal screens arranged at right angles to each other, which are firmly connected to each other by means of corner connecting parts. The transverse and longitudinal screens are formed as mainly U-shaped profile strips, which rest on the floor with one leg. Bores have been made in this leg, into which fastening screws can be inserted and screwed into plugs in the floor. To attach a switch box to the floor, the base is placed in a predetermined place and the places of the floor where plug holes are to be drilled are marked, then the switch box is set aside so that the plug holes can be drilled and plugs can then be fitted . After the control box base has been repositioned with the holes on the plug holes, it can be screwed on.
If even minor adjustments to the position of the control cabinet are to be made, these operations must be repeated. In particular, however, when the switch box is connected to connecting cables and is arranged in a row of switch boxes, this is not without the installation work.
For this reason, one often sees screwing to the floor from the switch box, and instability with regard to the position security of the switch box is therefore increasing. However, the subsequent installation and expansion of the tasks (for example, setting up or installing cooling appliances) can lead to such a great risk of tipping that the base of the switch box must still be screwed to the floor afterwards.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a device of the type mentioned at the outset, which makes it possible in a simple manner to fix the switch box above the pedestal to the floor, even when mounted.
The object of the invention is achieved in that a fastening element can be detachably connected to the base, in that the fastening element comprises a segment directed towards the interior of the base and in that the segment can be fixed to the floor with the fastening screws.
The fasteners can be easily retrofitted to the base. It is therefore possible to mark the positions of the plug holes and subsequently set aside the fastening element. With a drilling device, plug holes can then be drilled at a distance from the longitudinal and transverse blades in the interior of the base. The fasteners can now be reattached to the base and screwed to the floor. This provides a simple method of fastening the switch box, which furthermore makes it possible to screw the switch box to the floor even in the assembled state. Therefore, the control box can be quickly and easily repositioned or retrofitted.
An advantageous embodiment is characterized in that the fastening element comprises a segment running parallel to the floor, on which two side parts and a rear wall are bent at right angles, because the fastening element becomes narrower in the direction of an arrow in the front, and in that two, at an angle at the front claws standing with respect to each other and at a distance from the side parts are converted. The fastening element rests with its chamfered side parts and the rear wall on the floor. The claws are inserted into breakthroughs in the pedestal. The fixing screws fix the claws in the breakthroughs and fix the base to the floor.
If the pedestal is shaped in such a way that it rests with a leg which extends parallel to the floor and is turned towards the interior of the pedestal, it is also possible for the claws to rest on this leg. When the fixing screws are screwed into the floor, the claws press the leg onto the floor, so that the base is fixed to the floor. The fastening element can thus be mounted in arbitrary position with its claws on the leg of the transverse and longitudinal longitudinal frames, respectively. Because the claws are at an angle to each other, the fasteners can also be mounted in the corner areas of the base. In that case, two fastening elements suffice for precise fixing of the base.
If the longitudinal and transverse screens on the leg running parallel to the floor are bent at right angles with an upwardly projecting web, it is advantageous if provision is made for the width of the rear wall to be less than the width of the segment so that recesses are formed between the rear wall and the side parts for receiving a body converted upwards on the base. The fastening element can thus be fastened to the base in such a way that a side wall rests on the leg over the body.
Another embodiment provides that the front of the segment is turned at right angles upwards and that the front comprises a receptacle into which a bolt mounted on the base can be inserted. For example, the bolt may be welded or bolted to the base.
However, it is also possible for the segment to include two mounting locations which can be attached to opposite sides of the base. Thus, the base can be secured by means of a single fastening element.
A simple and reliable accommodation of the fastening screws is characterized by the fact that screw receptacles are provided in the segment. In addition, it is advantageous if the screw receptacles are designed as elongated holes. It is possible with this embodiment variant that tolerances which may occur when drilling the plug holes are compensated.
The fastening elements are in particular then cheap to manufacture, if they are attached as a punched bending part.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an illustrative embodiment shown in the drawings. Herein shows:

Fig. 3 is a plan view of various mounting situations of the fastening element shown in FIG. 1 at a base of a switch box.
Fig. 1 shows a fastening element 10, in which two side walls 11 and a rear wall 18 are bent at right angles to a segment 16, the fastening element 10 becomes narrower in the direction of an arrow. At the front, two claws 12 are bent at right angles, which are moved at an angle to each other and are arranged at a distance c from the side parts 11. Two elongated holes, formed as screw receptacles 15, are provided on the segment 16 in the center of the width of the fastening element 10, in which fastening screws can be arranged.
As shown in Fig. 2, the fastener 10 is mounted in the corner region of a base 50, which is formed by two vertically and longitudinally spaced longitudinal and transverse screens 40. The longitudinal screens 30 and transverse screens 40 are formed as substantially U-shaped profile strips, with a lower leg 32 lying on the floor 20. The leg 32 is turned at its free end at right angles upwards into a body 33. 43. The longitudinal screens 30 and transverse screens 40 each comprise a conversion 36 which are parallel to one another and which are connected to each other by means of a screw connection 35.
The fastening element 10 spans the bent parts 36 at the front with the recess 17 formed by the corner (a), so that the claws 12 lie on the lower legs 32, 42 of the longitudinal screens and cross screens 30, 40 respectively. By means of recesses 13, the segment 16 of the fastening element 10 spans the body 33. 34 of the longitudinal and transverse screens 30, 40 respectively. The fastening element 10 rests with its side walls 11 and the rear wall 18 in such a way that the screw receptacles 15 of the fastening element 10 aligns over the plugs inserted in plug holes 21. Fixing screws can then be inserted into the screw receptacles and screwed into the plugs. This causes the claws 12 to press on the legs 32, 42, so that the base 50 is fixedly fixed to the floor 20.
As shown in Fig. 3, different mounting variants are possible for the fastening element 10.
In Fig. 3a, the side wall 11 of the fastening element 10 spans the body 33 of the longitudinal screen 30. One of the claws 12 turned over at the front of the fastening element rests on a widened part of the leg 32 in the corner region 34. The inner side of the side wall 11 and the inner vertical side of the claw 12 bear against the body 33, so that a positive connection is formed between the body 33 and the fastening element 10. Fixed fixing of the base 50 to the floor 20 is then possible with the fixing screws introduced into these screw receptacles 15 and screwed into the floor 20.
Fig. 3h shows the fastening element in an installation position inclined to the longitudinal screen 30. A claw 12 rests on the narrow side of the leg 32. The second claw rests on the widened part of the leg 32 in the corner area 34 of the longitudinal screen 30. The fixing element 10 can thus be inclined over a certain area with respect to the longitudinal screen placed.
In Fig. 3c, the fastening element 10 is connected to the base 50 in such a way that the side wall 11 spans the body 43 of the transverse screen 40.
The claws 12 arranged on the front side of the fastening element 10 rest on the body 32 of the longitudinal screen 30.
The fixing element, limited by the conversion 36 on the body 33 of the transverse screen 40, is slidable in the direction of the longitudinal screen 30. As a result of this arrangement, the base 30 of the switch box is sufficiently fixed by means of only two fastening elements 10, which are attached to opposite corner regions 34 of the base 30.
Fig. 3d shows the fastening element 10 with its longitudinal axis perpendicular to the longitudinal screen 30. The front of the fastening element 10 spans the body 33 so that the claws 12 rest on the leg 32. The fastening element 10 can be arranged anywhere on the entire length 30 as well as anywhere on the cross screen 40.
The fastening element 10 offers the possibility of making a connection to the floor 20 over the entire circumference of the base 50 and can moreover be subsequently connected to the base 50 with an already assembled switch box. The many possibilities of arranging the fastening element 10 are particularly advantageous when cable strands are arranged in the interior of the base 50, so that the installation options are limited.

Claims (8)

  1. Device for fastening a switch box to the floor, the switch box comprising a base composed of longitudinal screens, cross screens and corner pieces, which can be fixed to the floor by means of fastening screws, characterized in that a fastening element (10 ) can be releasably connected to the base (50), that the fixing element (10) comprises a segment (16) directed towards the interior of the base, and that the segment (16) can be fixed to the floor with fixing screws.
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing element (10) comprises a segment (16) running parallel to the floor, on which two side parts (11) and a rear wall (18) are bent at right angles, that the fixing element (10 ) becomes narrower in the direction of the arrow, and that two claws (12) at an angle (a) to each other and at a distance from the side parts (11) are turned at the front.
  3. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the width of the rear wall (18) is smaller than the width of the segment (16), so that recesses (19) are provided between the rear wall (18) and the side parts (11). accommodating a body (33) raised at the base are formed.
  4. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 3 », characterized in that the front side of the segment (16) is turned at right angles upwards, and in that the front side comprises a recess, in which one on the base (50) installed bolt can be inserted.
