Abstract

The ground cultivation machine has a number of rotors on vertical axes. Between adjacent rotors there are crumbling devices (26) for the soil above the path described by the rotor tines. The devices can be mounted in front of the rotors, with an effective portion extending between them. The free end of this portion can extend at least to the line joining the adjacent rotor axes, and downwards and to the rear in a straight line to just above the rotor tines. It can be elastically mounted, or of elastic material. Two such portions can be made from a single piece of spring material.
