Abstract
This invention pertains to the field of electronic information engineering, specifically a communication cabinet for electronic information engineering. The cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a top post, a rain shield, a cabinet door, support posts, and fixed plate. The top of the cabinet body is connected to the top post, which in turn is connected to the rain shield. A rotatable cabinet door is installed at the front of the cabinet body, and the cabinet body's bottom is connected to support posts, which are attached to a fixed plate. This communication cabinet features ventilation ports on both sides of the cabinet body. The operation of drive gears and driven gears installed on these sides drives cooling fans and brush plates. Cooling fans enhance air circulation inside the cabinet, countering internal heat, while brush plates clean and filter air at the ventilation ports, facilitating air exchange within the cabinet.
Description
COMMUNICATION CABINET FOR ELECTRONIC INFORMATION
ENGINEERING
The present invention relates to the technical field of electronic information engineering, specifically a communication cabinet for electronic information engineering.
Background Technology
Communication cabinets are devices that provide an outdoor physical working environment and a security system for wireless communication stations or wired network site workstations. Inside the cabinet, base station equipment, power supply equipment, batteries, temperature control devices, transmission equipment, and other supporting devices can be installed, or space and heat exchange capacity can be reserved for these devices. These cabinets can provide reliable mechanical and environmental protection for the normal operation of internal equipment.
However, communication cabinets for electronic information engineering currently on the market have poor heat dissipation effects. Especially in hot summers, the heat generated by communication equipment cannot be dissipated in time, affecting the normal operation of the communication equipment. Moreover, in seasons with high rainfall, the humid and hot air contains a lot of moisture. Traditional split cooling in such conditions can cause external humid air to enter the cabinet, which may short-circuit electronic devices, shorten the lifespan of the communication cabinet, and lead to corrosion due to long-term exposure to rain. Additionally, traditional communication cabinets have fixed spacing between shelves for electronic devices, which cannot accommodate some special electrical modules, causing installation difficulties and reducing the practicality of the cabinet.
To address these issues, we propose a communication cabinet for electronic information engineering.
Content of the Invention
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a communication cabinet for electronic information engineering to solve the problems mentioned in the background technology.
To achieve the above objectives, the invention provides the following technical solutions: a communication cabinet for electronic information engineering, comprising a cabinet body, a top post, a rain shield, a cabinet door, support posts, and a fixed plate.

Preferably, the back surface of the cabinet body is fixedly connected with a motor bracket. Inside the motor bracket, a rotating motor is installed, and the output end surface of the rotating motor is fixedly connected with a drive pulley. Inside the drive pulley, a connecting belt is installed to provide rotational power.
Preferably, the two side surfaces of the cabinet body are symmetrically fixedly connected with fixing blocks, inside of which a rotating rod is installed. One end of the rotating rod, located at the back surface of the cabinet body, is fixedly connected with a driven pulley. The driven pulley is connected to the drive pulley through the connecting belt. On the outer surface of the rotating rod, connecting blocks are symmetrically fixedly connected, and the top surface of the connecting blocks is fixedly connected with a baffle. Near the cabinet body, a gasket is installed on the surface of the baffle to close the ventilation port and maintain stability inside the cabinet.
Preferably, a partition is fixedly connected to the bottom inner wall surface of the cabinet body. Heating equipment is installed on the bottom inner wall surface of the cabinet body, and heating rods are sequentially installed on the top surface of the heating equipment, passing through the interior of the partition to heat the inside of the cabinet and raise the temperature.
Preferably, the two side surfaces of the cabinet body are symmetrically provided with ventilation ports, and the surfaces of the ventilation ports are installed with filter nets. The cabinet body is fixedly connected with a protection box at the surface near the ventilation ports. inside the protection box, a drive gear is installed on the inner surface of the cabinet body. A driven gear is installed beside the drive gear, and the drive gear is meshed with the driven gear. The surface of the drive gear is fixedly connected with a drive rod. On the other end surface of the drive rod, a cooling fan is installed. On the other side surface of the drive gear, a drive motor is installed, and the surface of the driven gear is rotatably installed with a bearing to allow for air flow exchange.
Preferably, the outer surface of the bearing is fixedly connected with a connecting plate, the other end of which has a brush plate installed on the bottom surface. The bottom surface of the brush plate is installed with a brush, and the bottom surfaces of both ends of the brush plate are installed with sliding columns, A guide rail is installed on the side surface of the cabinet body at the location of the sliding columns to prevent dust from entering the cabinet.
Preferably, the rain shield, located at the two sides of the cabinet body, is fixedly connected with rainwater collection boxes on the surface. The bottom surface of the rainwater collection boxes is fixedly connected with water transport pipes. Water pumps are symmetrically installed on the two side surfaces of the cabinet body, and the other end of the water pumps is fixedly connected with the water transport pipes.
A misting water spray head is installed on the inner top surface of the cabinet body.
The rain shield is fixedly connected with drainage plates on the front and back side surfaces of the cabinet body for misting water cooling.
Preferably, storage shelves are successively fixedly connected inside the cabinet body, and the storage shelves are provided with leakage vents.
Preferably, limit plates are symmetrically installed on the top surface of the storage shelves. Sliding grooves are symmetrically opened on the inner wall surface of the cabinet body, and sliding blocks are slidably installed inside the sliding grooves, with one end of the sliding blocks fixedly connected to the limit plates. One end of the limit plates is slidably installed with a pressing rod, one end of which is fixedly connected with a handle, and the other end is fixedly connected with a rubber pad. A spring is installed on the outer side surface between the limit plate and the rubber pad to clamp and limit the placed electrical equipment.
Preferably, a control panel is installed on the inner wall surface of the cabinet body, and both the rotating motor and the output motor are electrically controlled and connected by the control panel.
The beneficial effects of the present invention compared to existing technology are as follows: By symmetrically creating ventilation ports on both sides of the cabinet body and utilizing the meshing cooperation of the drive gears and driven gears installed on the sides of the cabinet body, the rotation of the drive gears and driven gears respectively drives the cooling fans and the reciprocating operation of the brush plate. The rotation of the cooling fans accelerates the flow of hot air generated inside the cabinet, while the reciprocating operation of the brush plate cleans and filters the air at the ventilation ports, exchanging the air inside the cabinet. This achieves a reduction in the temperature inside the cabinet while also filtering the incoming air, preventing dust in the air from damaging the electrical equipment. Furthermore, the cooperation of the limit plates and storage shelves installed inside the cabinet allows the limit plates to move along the sliding grooves and sliding blocks provided inside the cabinet, clamping and limiting the electrical equipment placed on the storage shelves, making it suitable for different types of electrical equipment. 5
