Abstract
The present invention provides a pest control equipment for protecting plant growth and a use method thereof, and relates to the technical field, of pest control. The equipment includes an equipment box; specifically, a middle bottom of the equipment box 5 is penetrated, by and fixedly connected, to a supporting rod; a lower end of the supporting rod, is penetrated, by and slidably connected to a casing pipe; and a middle part of the casing pipe is penetrated by and fixedly connected to a third fixed bracket. By controlling a micro air pump to activate, air flow is blown out 10 through a nozzle, so that dead bodies of pests inside a protective cover are removed. (+ Fig. l)

THEREOF
The present invention relates to the technical field of pest control, and in particular, relates to a pest control equipment for protecting plant growth and a use method thereof.
Background technology
Pest control is to mitigate or prevent pathogenic microorgan- isms and pests from harming crops or human and animals, so that some means are adopted artificially. The pest control is generally divided into chemical control using chemical substances such as pesticides and physical control using physical energy such as light or rays or barrier construction, and pest control equipment is generally installed in the environment where plants grow to kill pests.
Currently, way of pest control is generally by spraying pes- ticides, which is not environmentally friendly, but also wastes human and material resources. Therefore, a pest control equipment with high range and automatic pest killing and cleaning is intro- duced to solve the above technical problems.
Aiming at the shortcomings of the prior art, the present in- vention provides a pest control equipment for protecting plant growth and a use method thereof to solve the problem that the cur- rent pest control is not environmentally friendly and time- consuming.
In order to solve the above objective, the present invention is realized through the following technical solutions: a pest con- trol equipment for protecting plant growth, including an equipment box, a middle bottom of the equipment box is penetrated by and fixedly connected to a supporting rod; a lower end of the support- ing rod is penetrated by and slidably connected to a casing pipe; and a middle part of the casing pipe is penetrated by and fixedly connected to a third fixed bracket; a left inner bottom of the equipment box is fixedly connected to a solar controller; a right inner bottom of the equipment box is fixedly connected to a timer; a middle top of the equipment box is fixedly connected to a second fixed bracket; and the supporting rod runs through and is fixedly connected to the second fixed bracket; a middle top of the second fixed bracket is penetrated by and rotatably connected to a con- necting shaft; an upper end of the connecting shaft is fixedly connected to a first fixed bracket; a bottom of the first fixed bracket is fixedly connected to a sclar panel; a front side of a middle part of the first fixed bracket is fixedly connected to a motor; left and right ends of a bottom of the second fixed bracket are fixedly connected to air pump mounting pipes; an upper end of the air pump mounting pipe is penetrated by and fixedly connected to a protective cover; a bottom of the protective cover is fixedly connected to a base plate; edges of front and rear sides of a through-hole of the base plate are provided with movable plates; and electric pushing rods are hinged between upper parts of adja- cent sides of the movable plates corresponding arranged.
Preferably, four corners of the third fixed bracket are fix- edly connected to ropes, and another ends of the ropes are fixedly connected to reinforcement piles.
Preferably, an upper portion of a front side of the casing pipe is penetrated by and provided with a limiting latch, and the limiting latch runs through and is connected to the supporting rod in a threaded manner.
Preferably, a front side of the solar controller is provided with a battery, the battery is fixedly connected to the equipment box, a rear side of the solar controller is provided with an in- verter, and the inverter is fixedly connected to the equipment box.
Preferably, a front side of the timer is provided with a con- trol panel, and the control panel is fixedly connected to the equipment box.
Preferably, an output end of the motor and the upper end of the connecting shaft run through and are fixedly connected to gears; and the two gears are engaged mutually.
Preferably, lower ends of the air pump mounting pipes are fixedly connected to sunlamps, lower peripheries of outer side walls of the air pump mounting pipes run through and are fixedly connected to nozzles.
Preferably, edges of left and right sides of a through-hole of the base plate are fixedly connected to fixed plates, and the fixed plate and the movable plate are mutually matched.
Preferably, a use method of a pest control equipment for pro- tecting plant growth, including the following steps:
S1. Mounting of an equipment
Inserting the casing pipe into a range of plant growth, in- serting the reinforcement piles of four sides into the surrounding ground, and pulling the rope tightly to improve the stability of the casing pipe and other structures thereon. 82. Attraction, killing and removal of pests
Separating the movable plates from each other by controlling an electric pushing rod to extend, unfolding the movable plate and the fixed plate, and communicating the internal space of the pro- tective cover with external; attracting the surrounding pests by activating the sunlamp; controlling the electric pushing rod to retract by controlling the control panel, so that a lower channel of the base plate is closed; killing the pests inside the protec- tive cover by the sunlamp through improving the power of the sun- lamp; after killing, by controlling the electric pushing rod to elongate, the air pump mounting pipe is internally provided with a micro air pump connected to the nozzle; and by controlling the mi- cro air pump to activate, so that air flow is blown out through the nozzle, so as to remove the dead bodies of the pests.
S3. Continuous collection of energy
Through the solar panel on the first fixed bracket, the solar energy can be transformed and stored to the battery as electric energy, so as to satisfy requirements of other power consumption structures; and by activating the motor, the two gears are driven so that the connecting shaft rotates at a specified angle, so that the orientation of the solar panel can be adjusted to directly face the sun according to the change of time, thereby increasing conversion rates of electrical energy.
The present invention provides a pest control equipment for protecting plant growth and a use method thereof. The present in- vention has the following beneficial effects: 1. According to the present invention, the electric pushing rod is controlled to extend, so that the movable plates are separated from each other. By activating the sunlamp, the surrounding pests are attracted. Through the control panel, the electric pushing rod can be controlled to retract, so that a lower channel of the base plate is closed. By improving the power of the sunlamp, so that the sunlamp can kill the pests inside the protective cover. After killing, the micro air pump is controlled to activate, so that the air flow is blown cut through the nozzle, so as to remove the dead bodies of the pests. 2. According to the present invention, through the sclar panel, the solar energy can be transformed and stored to the battery as electric energy, so as to satisfy requirements of other power con- sumption structures. By activating the motor, the two gears are driven so that the connecting shaft rotates at a specified angle, so that the orientation of the solar panel can be adjusted to di- rectly face the sun according to the change of time, thereby in- creasing conversion rates of electrical energy.

Specific embodiments
Technical solutions of the examples in the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the ac- 5 companying drawings of the examples in the present invention. Ob- viously, the examples described are only some, rather than all ex- amples of the present invention. Based on the examples of the pre- sent invention, all the other examples obtained by the ordinary skilled in the art without creative efforts fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a pest control equipment for pro- tecting plant growth is provided by the example of the present in- vention. The equipment includes an equipment box 6, where a middle bottom of the equipment box 6 is penetrated by and fixedly con- nected to a supporting rod 7; a lower end of the supporting rod 7 is penetrated by and slidably connected to a casing pipe 8; a mid- dle part of the casing pipe 8 is penetrated by and fixedly con- nected to a third fixed bracket 9; a left inner bottom of the equipment box 6 is fixedly connected to a solar controller 19; a right inner bottom of the equipment box 6 is fixedly connected to a timer 22; a middle top of the equipment box 6 is fixedly con- nected to a second fixed bracket 4; and the supporting rod 7 runs through and is fixedly connected to the second fixed bracket 4; a middle top of the second fixed bracket 4 is penetrated by and ro- tatably connected to a connecting shaft 3; an upper end of the connecting shaft 3 is fixedly connected to a first fixed bracket 1; a bottom of the first fixed bracket 1 is fixedly connected to a solar panel 2; a front side of a middle part of the first fixed bracket 1 is fixedly connected to a motor 13; left and right ends of a bottom of the second fixed bracket 4 are fixedly connected to air pump mounting pipes 23; an upper end of the air pump mounting pipe 23 is penetrated by and fixedly connected to a protective cover 5; a bottom of the protective cover 5 is fixedly connected to a base plate 26; edges of front and rear sides of a through- hole of the base plate 26 are provided with movable plates 16; and electric pushing rods 25 are hinged between upper parts of adja-
cent sides of the movable plates 16 corresponding arranged.
Four corners of the third fixed bracket 9 are fixedly con- nected to ropes 10, and another ends of the ropes are fixedly con- nected to reinforcement piles 11.
An upper portion of a front side of the casing pipe 8 is passed through and provided with a limiting latch 12, and the lim- iting latch 12 penetrates and is connected to the supporting rod 7 in a threaded manner.
A front side of the solar controller 19 is provided with a battery 18, the battery 18 is fixedly connected to the equipment box 6, a rear side of the solar controller 19 is provided with an inverter 20, and the inverter 20 is fixedly connected to the equipment box 6.
A front side of the timer 22 is provided with a control panel 21, and the control panel 21 is fixedly connected to the equipment box 6.
An output end of the motor 13 and an upper end of the con- necting shaft 3 run through and are fixedly connected to gears 14; and the two gears 14 are engaged mutually.
Lower ends of the air pump mounting pipes 23 are fixedly con- nected to sunlamps 24, and lower peripheries of outer side walls of the air pump mounting pipes 24 run through and are fixedly con- nected to nozzles 15.
Edges of left and right sides of a through-hole of the base plate 26 are fixedly connected to fixed plates 17, and the fixed plate 17 and the movable plate 16 are mutually matched.
As shown in FIGS 1 to 4, the example of the present invention provide a use method of a pest control equipment for protecting plant growth, including the following steps:
S1. Mounting of an equipment
The casing pipe 8 is inserted into a range of plant growth, and the reinforcement piles 11 of four sides are inserted into the surrounding ground, and the rope 10 is pulled tightly to improve the stability of the casing pipe 8 and other structures thereon.
S2. Attraction, killing and removal of pests
An electric pushing rod 25 is controlled to extend, so that the movable plates 16 are separated from each other; the movable plate 16 and the fixed plate 17 are unfolded, the internal space of the protective cover 5 is communicated with external; by acti- vating the sunlamp, the surrounding pests are attracted; the con- trol panel 21 can control the electric pushing rod 25 to retract, so that a lower channel of the base plate 26 is closed; the power of the sunlamp 24 is improved, so that the sunlamp 24 can kill the pests inside the protective cover 5; after killing, the electric pushing rod 25 is controlled to elongate, the air pump mounting pipe 23 is internally provided with a micro air pump connected to the nozzle 15; and the micro air pump is controlled to activate, so that the air flow is blown out through the nozzle 15, so as to remove the dead bodies of the pests.
S3. Continuous collection of energy
Through the solar panel 2 on the first fixed bracket 1, the solar energy can be transformed and stored to the battery 18 as electric energy, so as to satisfy requirements of other power con- sumption structures; by activating the motor 13, the two gears 14 are driven so that the connecting shaft 3 rotates at a specified angle, so that the orientation of the solar panel 2 can be adjust- ed to directly face the sun according to the change of time, thereby increasing conversion rates of electrical energy.
Although the examples of the present invention have been showed and described, for those ordinary skilled in the art, it can be understood that various changes, modifications, replace- ments and variations can be made on these examples within the principle and spirit of the present invention. The scope of the present invention is defined by the attached claims and the equiv- alent thereof.
