Abstract
The present invention belongs to the technical field of food processing equipment, in particular to a self-cleaning prefabricated food sterilization equipment for Lentinu/a edodes, comprising a bottom plate. An upper side wall of the bottom plate is fixedly provided with symmetrical supporting plates; the upper ends of the two supporting plates are fixedly provided with a sterilization boxjointly; the right end of an upper side wall of the sterilization box is fixedly provided with a Lentinu/a edodes placing bucket; and uniformly distributed jitter frames are obliquely arranged in the sterilization box. In the process of sterilization of Lentinu/a edodes, the sterilization equipment directly drives the jitter frames uniformly distributed on the upper end to continuously jitter through a reciprocating shaking mechanism, so that Lentinu/a edodes at the upper end is continuously turned in the process of moving down, so as to realize comprehensive sterilization and disinfection without causing damage or affecting later sale. The whole process of the sterilization equipment basically does not need manual participation, and realizes automatic feeding, automatic reciprocating sterilization and automatic packing, thereby not only saving a lot of labor cost, but also realizing cleanliness and hygiene.

SELF-CLEANING PREFABRICATED FOOD STERILIZATION EQUIPMENT FOR LENTINULA
EDODES
The present invention relates to the technical field of food processing equipment, in particular to a self-cleaning prefabricated food sterilization equipment for Lentinula edodes.
Lentinula edodes, also known as shiitake mushroom, is a kind of non-staple food and wild treasure that grows in the natural environment. It has a unique natural flavor and is an edible mushroom with a variety of high value. Prefabricated food, also known as prefabricated prepared food, generally refers to semi-finished products or finished products processed by taking all kinds of agricultural, livestock, poultry and aquatic products as raw materials and taking seasonings as auxiliary materials through preselection and preparation.
At present, in the process of preparing the prefabricated food through Lenfinula edodes, sterilization equipment is often needed for sterilization, but the existing sterilization equipment still has the following technical problems in the process of use: (1) When the existing sterilization equipment sterilizes Lentinula edodes by ultraviolet light, Lentinula edodes is often poured into the sterilization equipment. Therefore, a self-cleaning prefabricated food sterilization equipment for Lentinula edodes is proposed to solve the technical problems mentioned above.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a self-cleaning prefabricated food sterilization equipment for Lentinula edodes, so as to solve the problems mentioned in the background.
To achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solution: a self-cleaning prefabricated food sterilization equipment for Lentinula edodes comprises a bottom plate; an upper side wall of the bottom plate is fixedly provided with symmetrical supporting plates; the upper ends of the two supporting plates are fixedly provided with a sterilization box jointly; the right end of an upper side wall of the sterilization box is fixedly provided with a Lentinula edodes placing bucket; uniformly distributed jitter frames are obliquely arranged in the sterilization box; the two adjacent jitter frames are fixedly connected through longitudinal fixing rods; the left ends and the right ends of the lower side walls of the uniformly distributed jitter frames are fixedly provided with supporting mechanisms; a reciprocating shaking mechanism is arranged between the lower side walls of the jitter frames and the sterilization box; the upper end of an inner wall of the sterilization box is fixedly provided with symmetrical mounting racks; the lower ends of the two mounting racks are jointly fixedly provided with a mounting plate; a lower side wall of the mounting plate is fixedly provided with uniform ultraviolet irradiation lamps; a right side wall of the sterilization box is fixedly provided with a supporting frame; the upper end of the supporting frame is fixedly provided with a

Preferably, the left end of the upper side wall of the bottom plate is provided with a finished Lentinula edodes containing box at the lower end of the jitter frames.
Preferably, the uniformly distributed ultraviolet irradiation lamps are electrically connected with an external power supply.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects: 1} In the process of sterilization of Lentinula edodes, the sterilization equipment directly drives the jitter frames uniformly distributed on the upper end to continuously jitter through the reciprocating shaking mechanism, so that Lentinula edodes at the upper end is continuously turned in the process of moving down, so as to realize comprehensive sterilization and disinfection without causing damage or affecting later sale. 2) The whole process of the sterilization equipment basically does not need manual participation, and realizes automatic feeding, automatic reciprocating sterilization and automatic packing, thereby not only saving a lot of labor cost, but also realizing cleanliness and hygiene.

The left end of the upper side wall of the bottom plate 1 is provided with a finished
Lentinula edodes containing box 21 at the lower end of the jitter frames 5.
The uniformly distributed ultraviolet irradiation lamps 9 are electrically connected with an external power supply.
Working principle:
During use, firstly, a large number of Lentinula edodes is poured into the Lentinula edodes storage box 11; the Lentinula edodes transmission mechanism 24 is started to slowly transmit the internal Lentinula edodes into the Lentinula edodes adding plate 12; then Lentinula edodes falls into the Lentinula edodes placing bucket 4 and enters the upper ends of the jitter frames 5; the jitter frames 5 uniformly distributed on the upper end are driven by the reciprocating shaking mechanism 23 to continuously shake up and down, so that Lentinula edodes at the upper end is continuously turned in the process of moving down, sterilized and disinfected continuously through the ultraviolet irradiation lamps 9 in the process of turning, and collected through the transfer box 20; after collection, Lentinula edodes is moved up through the first electric push rod 5 18; the first motor 16 is started; the first motor 16 drives the screw rod 15 to rotate; the screw rod 15 drives the slider 17 which is in threaded connection with the rod wall to move right; the slider 17 drives the transfer box 20 to move to the upper end of the Lentinula edodes placing bucket 4; the second electric push rod 26 is started; the second electric push rod 26 pulls the fixing block 28 and drives the sealing plate 25 to open; and the internal Lentinuia edodes is poured into the Lentinula edodes placing bucket 4 again, sterilized and disinfected for many times, and finally collected through the finished Lentinula edodes containing box 21.
