Abstract

The present invention relates to a movable sprinkler and fertilization device, which comprises a flat car, a power fertilizer mixing device, a fertilizer amount control device, 5 a centrifugal pump and a fertilizer barrel. A water inlet tube and a fertilizer output tube are arranged on the fertilizer barrel, the water inlet tube and the fertilizer output tube are communicated with a water delivery branch tube through a three-way joint, a first control valve is arranged on the water inlet tube; the water delivery branch tube is communicated with a water delivery main tube; a ball valve is arranged on the water 10 delivery branch tube; the power fertilizer mixing device comprises a power source, a mixing motor support, a mixer and a mixing motor, the fertilizer amount control device comprises a water and fertilizer gauge, a pressure gauge and a second control valve, and the centrifugal pump, the water and fertilizer gauge, the pressure gauge and the second control valve are arranged on the fertilizer output tube in sequence. The 15 movable sprinkler and fertilization device of the present invention is simple in structure, convenient to operate and strong in trafflcability, and can be conveniently applied to a plurality of sprinkling systems, thereby reducing the investment in fertilization equipment of the sprinkling systems.

Description

MOVABLE SPRINKLER AND FERTILIZATION DEVICE
TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The present invention relates to a fertilization device, and in particular to a movable sprinkler and fertilization device which is suitable for agricultural water and fertilizer integrated irrigation and belongs to the field of water-saving agriculture.
BACKGROUND ART
[02] With the popularization and application of efficient water-saving irrigation techniques (such as sprinkling irrigation, drip irrigation and the like) in farmland irrigation, the fertilization technique has changed from traditional soil fertilization to water and fertilizer fertilization. The traditional soil fertilization mode is low in fertilization precision and has a fertilizer utilization rate of only 25%-30%, thereby causing great waste of fertilizers, and seriously polluting the ecological environment.
However, water and fertilizer integration not only can precisely control fertilization time, fertilization amount, fertilizer liquid concentration and a proportion of nutrient elements, but also can increase a water and fertilizer utilization rate, and greatly reduce pollution on environment to the greatest extent. According to statistics, by the end of 2010, sprinkler irrigation area in China has reached 3.025 million hm?, accounting for 11.08% of the national water-saving irrigation area. However, advantages of sprinkler equipment are not brought into full play as there are only a few mated fertilization devices even if the sprinkler irrigation has been expanded year by year. At present, the common sprinkler and fertilization modes are a pump injection type fertilization mode and a pressure-differential type fertilization mode with the following disadvantages: (1) the fertilizer concentration varies over time during fertilization, and fertilization uniformity is relatively poor and not easy to control; (2) water head loss is great, (3) a fertilizer tank is sealed during fertilization, so that water and a fertilizer have certain loss as a tank body needs to bear pressure of an irrigation system, and part of water in the tank needs to remove firstly every time before a fertilizer is added; and in addition,
uncovering, covering, valve opening, pressure adjusting and the like are required during fertilizer adding every time, so that operations are complex. Despite of quick fertilizer injection and uniform fertilizer concentration, the pump injection type fertilization method is high in cost as power equipment and auxiliary equipment need to be additionally arranged. A fertilization tank needs to be arranged or a chemical fertilizer pool needs to be built for each header system when the two fertilization modes are applied, thereby resulting in a lower utilization rate of equipment and relatively high cost and limiting popularization and application of the sprinkler technique to certain extent.
SUMMARY
[03] The present invention provides a movable sprinkler and fertilization device, which solves the problems of complex structure, complex operation, high cost and the like of an existing fertilization device.
[04] To solve the technical problems, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:
[05] A movable sprinkler and fertilization device includes a flat car, a power fertilizer mixing device, a fertilizer amount control device, a centrifugal pump and a fertilizer barrel; the power fertilizer mixing device, the fertilizer amount control device, the centrifugal pump and the fertilizer barrel are fixedly arranged on the flat car; a water inlet tube and a fertilizer output tube are arranged on the fertilizer barrel, the water inlet tube and the fertilizer output tube are communicated with a water delivery branch tube through a three-way joint, a first control valve is arranged on the water inlet tube, the water delivery branch tube is communicated with a water delivery main tube, and a ball valve is arranged on the water delivery branch tube;
[06] the power fertilizer mixing device includes a power source, a mixing motor support, a mixer and a mixing motor; the mixer is arranged in the fertilizer barrel, the mixer and the mixing motor are mounted together, the mixing motor is connected with the power source, and the mixing motor is fixedly arranged on the mixing motor support;
[07] the fertilizer amount control device includes a water and fertilizer gauge, a pressure gauge and a second control valve, and the centrifugal pump, the water and fertilizer gauge, the pressure gauge and the second control valve are arranged on the fertilizer output tube in sequence.
[08] Further, the present invention adopts a preferred solution as follows: a water injecting hole is formed in the upper end of the fertilizer barrel and a fertilizer outlet is formed in the lower end of the fertilizer barrel; a filter screen is arranged at the fertilizer outlet; the water injecting hole is communicated with a water inlet tube; and the fertilizer outlet is communicated with a fertilizer output tube. The filter screen can be arranged at the fertilizer outlet to effectively filter impurities in the fertilizer, thereby preventing the impurities from blocking a pipeline and avoiding shortening the service life of the pipeline.
[09] Further, the present invention adopts a preferred solution as follows: the power source is any one of a power supply, a diesel generator and a gasoline engine generator.
[10] Further, the present invention adopts a preferred solution as follows: the mixing motor support is rotatably fixed to the flat car through a stop pin. Through the stop pin, the mixing motor support can rotate; and during addition of the fertilizer, the mixing motor support rotates to the edge of the fertilizer barrel to facilitate addition of the fertilizer. After the fertilizer is added, the mixing motor support rotates to the middle of the fertilizer barrel, and is fixed to start mixing.
[11] Further, the present invention adopts a preferred solution as follows: the water delivery branch tube and the three-way joint are mounted together through a loose joint.
The water delivery branch tube and the three-way joint may be conveniently and quickly mounted together through the loose joint.
[12] Further, the present invention adopts a preferred solution as follows: a one-way valve is arranged between the pressure gauge and the second control valve.
The one-way valve can prevent the fertilizer from flowing back.
[13] Further, the present invention adopts a preferred solution as follows: a non-return valve is arranged on the water delivery main tube portion between the water delivery branch tube and the water delivery main tube to prevent fertilizer liquid in the water delivery main tube from flowing back.
[14] Further, the present invention adopts a preferred solution as follows: the centrifugal pump is a corrosion-resistant pump.
[15] The present invention has the following beneficial effects:
[16] The movable sprinkler and fertilization device is simple structure, convenient to operate and strong in trafficability, and can be conveniently applied to multiple sprinkling systems, thereby reducing the investment in fertilization equipment of the sprinkling systems.
[17] The fertilizer amount control device includes the water and fertilizer gauge, the pressure gauge and the second control valve, and can effectively control the fertilizer concentration during fertilizing, such that the fertilizer concentration is uniform and does not vary over time, and the water head is basically free of loss.
[18] The fertilizer barrel is a circular barrel with an opening in the upper surface; and the fertilizer is open during fertilization, so that the water and fertilizer loss is not caused as the tank body does not need to bear pressure of the irrigation system and part of water in the tank does not need to firstly remove every time before the fertilizer is added; in addition, uncovering, covering, valve opening, pressure adjusting and the like during addition of the fertilizer every time are avoided, so that operations are convenient.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[23] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely in combination with the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are part of, but not all of, the embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those ordinary skilled in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
[24] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a movable sprinkler and fertilization device includes a flat car 3, a power fertilizer mixing device, a fertilizer amount control device, a centrifugal pump 11 and a fertilizer barrel 7; the power fertilizer mixing device, the fertilizer amount control device, the centrifugal pump 11 and the fertilizer barrel 7 are fixedly arranged on the flat car 3; a water inlet tube 5 and a fertilizer output tube 12 are arranged on the fertilizer barrel 7, the water inlet tube 5 and the fertilizer output tube 12 are communicated with a water delivery branch tube through a three-way joint 17, a first control valve 4 is arranged on the water inlet tube 5, the water delivery branch tube is communicated with a water delivery main tube 1, and a ball valve 19 is arranged on the water delivery branch tube.
[25] The power fertilizer mixing device includes a power source 6, a mixing motor support 9, a mixer 8 and a mixing motor 10; the mixer 8 is arranged in the fertilizer barrel 7, the mixer 8 and the mixing motor 10 are mounted together, the mixing motor 10 is connected with the power source 6, and the mixing motor 10 is fixedly arranged on the mixing motor support 9.
[26] The fertilizer amount control device includes a water and fertilizer gauge 13, a pressure gauge 14 and a second control valve 16, and the centrifugal pump 11, the water and fertilizer gauge 13, the pressure gauge 14 and the second control valve 16 are arranged on the fertilizer output tube 12 in sequence.
[27] The movable sprinkler and fertilization device operates as follows:
[28] Before the irradiation system fertilizes, the movable sprinkler and fertilization device firstly operates to the header part of the system through machines such as a tractor and the like, and the water delivery branch tube is connected with the water delivery main tube 1. The ball valve 19 and the first control valve 4 are opened, so that water inside the water delivery main tube 1 enters the fertilizer barrel 7. When water is added to certain level, the first control valve 4 is closed, and a fertilizer is added into the fertilizer barrel 7 and is dissolved by starting the mixing motor 10. The mixing motor 10 is shut off, the second control valve 16 is opened and the centrifugal pump 11 is started, so that the dissolved fertilizer enters the water delivery main tube 1 and is delivered into farmland. During the fertilization process, the fertilizer mount delivered into the water delivery main tube 1 is controlled through the water and fertilizer gauge 13 and the pressure gauge 14. Flow and pressure of the fertilizer output tube 12 are controlled through the second control valve 16 according to flow and pressure of the water delivery main tube 1, so that the fertilizer concentration is consistent throughout the whole water delivery process.
[29] Preferably, the power source 6 is any one of a power supply, a diesel generator and a gasoline engine generator.
[30] Different power sources 6 can be selected according to specific conditions, so that the device is strong in applicability.
[31] Preferably, a water injecting hole is formed in the upper end of the fertilizer barrel 7 and a fertilizer outlet is formed in the lower end of the fertilizer barrel; a filter screen 1s arranged at the fertilizer outlet; the water injecting hole is communicated with a water inlet tube 5; and the fertilizer outlet is communicated with a fertilizer output tube 12. The filter screen can be arranged at the fertilizer outlet to effectively filter impurities in the fertilizer, thereby preventing the impurities from blocking a pipeline and avoiding shortening the service life of the pipeline.
[32] Certainly, other filter devices may be arranged at the fertilizer outlet, such as a membrane filtration device, active carbon and the like, so as to remove the impurities in the fertilizer.
[33] Preferably, the mixing motor support 9 is rotatably fixed to the flat car 3 through a stop pin 20. Through the stop pin 20, the mixing motor support 9 can rotate; during addition of the fertilizer, the mixing motor support 9 rotates to the edge of the fertilizer barrel 7 to facilitate addition of the fertilizer. After the fertilizer 1s added, the mixing motor support 9 rotates to the middle of the fertilizer barrel 7, and is fixed to start mixing.
[34] Preferably, the water delivery branch tube and the three-way joint 17 are mounted together through a loose joint 18. The water delivery branch tube and the three-way joint 17 may be conveniently and quickly mounted together through the loose joint 18.
[35] Preferably, a one-way valve 15 is arranged between the pressure gauge 14 and the second control valve 16. The one-way valve 15 can prevent the fertilizer from flowing back.
[36] Preferably, a non-return valve 2 is arranged on the water delivery main tube 1 portion between the water delivery branch tube and the water delivery main tube 1 to prevent fertilizer liquid in the water delivery main tube 1 from flowing back.
[37] Preferably, the centrifugal pump 11 is a corrosion-resistant pump.
[38] A fertilizer solution has certain corrosion, and therefore, the service life of the device can be prolonged by adopting a corrosion-resistant pump.
[39] Based on nearly three years of actual use, the movable sprinkler and fertilization device in the present invention is simple in structure, convenient to operate,
uniform in fertilization and convenient to control.
