Abstract

The present invention discloses a farmland irrigation spray device, and belongs to the technical field of farmland irrigation. The farmland irrigation spray device includes a base, a water tank arranged on the base, and spray mechanisms arranged on side faces of the water tank, wherein rollers are arranged below the base, a storage battery pack, an electric motor, a single chip microcomputer, and an alarm are arranged in the base, the electric motor drives the rollers, the storage battery pack supplies power to the electric motor, the single chip microcomputer, and the alarm, two "T"-shaped grooves are formed vertically in one side of the water tank, each of the two "T"-shaped grooves is flexibly connected to one spray mechanism, an electric stirrer, a water pump, and a liquid level sensor are arranged in the water tank, and are all powered by the storage battery pack, the liquid level sensor and the alarm are both connected to the single chip microcomputer via signal lines, each of the spray mechanisms includes a horizontal pipe, a plurality of spray holes are formed in a lower side of the horizontal pipe, spray nozzles are connected to the spray holes, one end of the horizontal pipe is provided with a clamping piece matched with the "T"-shaped groove, an end part of the horizontal pipe is communicated with a hose, and the hose is communicated with a water outlet end of the water pump. FARMLAND IRRIGATION SPRAY DEVICE
TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The present invention relates to the technical field of farmland irrigation, in particular to a farmland irrigation spray device.
BACKGROUND ART
[02] In the process of crop growth, it is necessary to do irrigation, spray, etc. During irrigation and spray, farmers need to use different devices, resulting in relatively high labor intensity and low efficiency. The invention is directed to provide a novel farmland spray and irrigation integrated machine which has high efficiency in spray and irrigation, is convenient to use and can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers. According to the invention, integrated operation of irrigation and spray can be realized through the high-pressure water pump, the water pump and an intelligent control system, and irrigation and spray donot need to be separately operated as before. However, the irrigation and spray device of the invention sprays pesticides in a rotating mode, and crops are usually planted in a row, so that a spray effect is not good and the pesticides are wasted much.
SUMMARY

[06] Preferably, a barrier clearing mechanism is arranged on a side face of the water tank, the barrier clearing mechanism includes a support rod, two baffles, and two connecting rods, the support rod is vertically arranged on the side face of the water tank, one sides of the two baffles are connected via a hinge, one connecting rod is hinged to a center position of each of the two baffles, the other ends of the two connecting rods are both hinged to a threaded collar, threads are arranged on the support rod, and the threaded collar is in threaded connection with the support rod.

[15] As shown in Figs.1 to 3, a farmland irrigation spray device includes a base 1, a water tank 2 arranged on the base 1, and spray mechanisms arranged on side faces of the water tank 2, wherein rollers 3 are arranged below the base 1, a storage battery pack, an electric motor, a single chip microcomputer, and an alarm are arranged in the base 1, the electric motor drives the rollers 3, the storage battery pack supplies power to the electric motor, the single chip microcomputer, and the alarm, two "T"-shaped grooves 4 are arranged vertically on one side of the water tank 1, each of the two "T"-shaped grooves 4 is flexibly connected to one spray mechanism, an electric stirrer 5, a water pump, and a liquid level sensor are arranged in the water tank 2, and are all powered by the storage battery pack, the liquid level sensor and the alarm are both connected to the single chip microcomputer via signal lines, each of the spray mechanisms includes a horizontal pipe 6, a plurality of spray holes are formed in a lower side of the horizontal pipe 6, spray nozzles 7 are connected to the spray holes, one end of the horizontal pipe 6 is provided with a clamping piece matched with the "T"-shaped groove 4, an end part of the horizontal pipe is communicated with a hose 8, and the hose 8 is communicated with a water outlet end of the water pump.
