Water buffering.
Omschrijving probleem.
Om het water in nieuwbouwwijken te kunnen bufferen worden er extern van 5. de bebouwing waterbuffers aangelegd.
Ter plaatse van deze waterbuffers kan de oppervlakte niet worden bebouwd, tevens brengt deze manier van buffering extra kosten met zich mee.
Onze oplossing: 10.
De ruimte onder de begane grondvloer van de bebouwing wordt dieper dan normaal uitgegraven, vervolgens wordt de fundering en vloer opgebouwd volgens het kruipruimteloos bouwen systeem met octrooinummer:1030098 De hemelwaterafvoeren lozen het regenwater rechtstreeks onder de begane grond 15. vloer.
De aanvraag omvat niet de te gebruiken materialen, edoch het idee om het water onder de bebouwing te bufferen.

Claims (1)

  1. Conclusies. Door het gebruik maken van de oppervlakten welke al bebouwd worden voor de waterbuffering, kan men meer bebouwing toepassen omdat er 5. extern geen voorzieningen meer behoeven te worden aangelegd. De hemelwaterafvoeren van de bebouwing lozen het water rechtstreeks op de ruimte onder de begane grondvloer. De begane grond vloeren behouden hun isolatiewaarde doordat er een overstort wordt toegepast waardoor het peil van het water ruim onder 10. de vloer blijft staan. Door de laag water, welke onder de woning blijft staan, worden tevens de veengasdampen tegengegaan. Tevens is dan geen sprake meer van uitdroging en inklinking van de onder grond. 1033369
