Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema para despulpar y desmucilaginar cereza de café con motor a vapor, el cual tiene la ventaja de contar con la integración de tres procesos diferentes en un solo sistema, donde una de las principales ventajas es que opera con solo un motor a vapor lo cual además de ser ecológico y de menor contaminación al medio ambiente, permite la operación del mismo en lugares donde se carece del suministro de energía eléctrica, haciendo funcionar el sistema a través del vapor generado por una caldera que se coloca junto al motor de vapor. Otra de las ventajas de la presente invención es el sistema de camisa de cobre en el tambor, ya que al ser un material de menos dureza que los convencionales de acero inoxidable maltratan menos la semilla de café, aunado al sistema de pechero con cuatro venas de alimentación mejora la productividad obteniendo mayor cantidad de semillas de café en buen estado.The present invention refers to a system to pulp and de-mucilaginate coffee cherry with a steam engine, which has the advantage of having the integration of three different processes in a single system, where one of the main advantages is that it operates with only a steam engine which, in addition to being ecological and less polluting to the environment, allows its operation in places where there is a lack of electricity supply, making the system work through the steam generated by a boiler that is placed next to to the steam engine.
