Abstract
A rolling device for a secondary battery having an assembly-type mandrel is provided, which can shorten the production period of the mandrel and can reduce the processing cost by using a compatible mandrel that can be assembled to be adaptable to the change in circumference of a roll-type electrode assembly. In one embodiment, the rolling device includes having a mandrel (1000) for rolling first and second electrode plates (3100,3200) and a separator {3300a,3300b) interposed between the first and second electrode plates (3100,3200), and the mandrel (1000) includes a pair of base mandrels (110,410) having a supportive insertion groove {101} disposed therebetween, the supportive insertion groove (101} allowing the first and second electrode plates (3100,3200} and the separator (3300a,3300b) to be inserted thereinto, one or more spacers (120,220,320,520} positioned on outer surfaces of the base mandrels (110,410}, and wing portions {130,430) positioned on outermost surfaces of the spacers (120,220,320,520).
