Abstract

A coated metal material having at least two coating films comprising a first coating film containing rutile titanium oxide in a solid volume concentration of 35% or more and 70% or less, and a second coating film disposed on the surface side of the first coating film, on a portion or the entirety of the surface of a metal material, wherein the centerline average roughness Ra of the interface between the first coating film and the second coating film is 0.8 µm or more. There is provided a coated metal material having a total luminous reflectance which is higher than that of the conventional material and has an excellent formability, and a process for producing such a material.
