[SOLUTION MEANS] THE ROTARY VIBRATOR (10) OF THE PRESENT INVENTION IS A ROTARY VIBRATOR WHICH IS PROVIDED WITH A BASE (11), A VIBRATION DISC (12) ARRANGED OVER THE BASE, A PIEZOELECTRIC DRIVING BODY (14) HAVING AN INNER PERIPHERY PART (14A) DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE BASE AND EXTENDING RADIALLY OUTWARDLY FROM THE INNER PERIPHERY PART (14A), AND AN ELASTIC MEMBER (15) CONNECTED BETWEEN AN OUTER PERIPHERY PART (14B) OF THE PIEZOELECTRIC DRIVING BODY AND THE VIBRATION DISC, WHEREIN THE ELASTIC MEMBER IS A PLATE-LIKE MEMBER WHICH EXTENDS IN THE RADIAL DIRECTION IN A RANGE FROM AN INNER PERIPHERY SIDE CONNECTION PART (15A) CONNECTED TO THE OUTER PERIPHERY PART OF THE PIEZOELECTRIC DRIVING BODY TO AN OUTER PERIPHERY SIDE CONNECTION PART (15B) CONNECTED TO THE VIBRATION DISC AND ALSO HAS A TANGENTIALLY BENT SHAPE (15C).
