Abstract

Se provee un colector de tanque de almacenamiento de longitud ajustable para su union a un tanque de almacenamiento subterráneo; el colector de tanque de almacenamiento está formado de un cuerpo que tiene una porcion inferior poligonal con una cámara, una porcion media conica de interconexion, y una porcion superior que tiene una pluralidad de formaciones y una abertura dispuesta sobre la misma; las formaciones están separadas axialmente a lo largo del eje longitudinal del cuerpo, de tal manera que puede retirarse un numero predeterminado de las formaciones durante la instalacion, reduciendo con ello la longitud del colector del tanque de almacenamiento; se provee una superficie de sellado sobre cada formacion, de tal manera que puede instalarse un solo sello sobre la formacion más cercana a la abertura; una estructura de union, que es intercambiable entre las formaciones, se acopla removiblemente con la formacion más cercana a la abertura; se provee una tapa removible para cubrir la abertura, la tapa acoplando la estructura de union, de tal manera que la tapa hace contacto selladamente con el sello.
