Abstract

La invencion se refiere a la identificacion electronica personalizada de objetos deseables, tales como artículos nuevos, en un ambiente de equipo informático electronico y en particular a un sistema que construye automáticamente tanto un "perfil objetivo" para cada objeto objetivo en el equipo informático electronico con base en, por ejemplo, la frecuencia con la cual aparece, cada palabra en un artículo relativa a su frecuencia global de uso en todos los artículos, así como un "resumen de interés de perfil objetivo" para cada usuario, cuyo resumen de interés de perfil objetivo describe el nivel de interés del usuario en diversos tipos de objetos objetivo. El sistema evalua después los perfiles objetivo contra los resumenes de interés de perfil objetivo de los usuarios para generar un listado ordenado por nivel personalizado segun el usuario de objetos objetivo que con mayor posibilidad serán de interés para cada usuario de manera que el usuario puede seleccionar de entre estos objetos objetivo potencialmente relevantes, los cuales fueron seleccionados automáticamente por este sistema de la plétora de objetos objetivo que son perfilados en el equipo informativo electronico. Los resumenes de interés de perfil objetivo de los usuarios pueden usarse para organizar de manera eficiente la distribucion de informacion en un sistema a gran escala que consiste de muchos usuarios interconectados por medio de una red de comunicaciones. Además, se proporciona un servidor de apoderado por seudonimo criptográficamente basado para asegurar la privacía de un resumen de interés perfil objetivo del usuario, al proporcionar al usuario el control sobre la capacidad que tiene terceras partes para acceder a este resumen y para identificar o para conectar al usuario.
