Abstract

Se describe una composicion covedosa que comprende un extrado de célula tumoral modificada con hapteno preparada a partir de células cancerosas, o membranas o péptidos de célula cancerosa obtenido del mismo. También se describen métodos para el tratamiento del cáncer que comprenden administrar cantidades terapéuticamente efectivas de ciclofosfamida y extractos de célula tumoral modificada con hapteno, con o sin auxiliares y citoquinas. También se describe un método para la clasificacion de la produccion de citoquina a través de tumores con el fin de determinar la eficacia del tratamiento, en donde los ácidos nucleicos específicos en citoquina de una muestra de tejido de paciente son amplificados con el fin de .producir una señas detectable.
