Abstract

Esta invencion proporciona una preparacion solida de nifedipino, de liberacion prolongada, que presenta un efecto clínicamente suficiente cuando se administra una vez al día. Un comprimido recubierto a presion, cuyo nucleo y envoltura contienen nifedipino, siendo la velocidad de disolucion de nifedipino desde el citado comprimido: (a) en el ensayo de disolucion que usa un dispositivo de inmersion, de acuerdo con el procedimiento 2 del procedimiento del ensayo de disolucion prescrito por la Farmacopea del Japon: después de 2 horas 10-40% después de 4 horas 30-65% después de 6 horas por lo menos 55% y (b) en el ensayo de disolucion de acuerdo con el método del ensayo de desintegracion prescrito por la Farmacopea del Japon: después de 3 horas 20-45% después de 4 horas 30-65%.
