Abstract

La invención se refiere a un proceso para la molienda-secado de una mezcla cruda que contiene trihidróxido de aluminio teniendo un tamaño de partícula promedio D50 en el rango de 50 a 130 µm y un área superficial de BET específica en el rango de 0.01 a 0.5 m2/g y conteniendo de 0.1 a 20% en peso de agua, con base en la mezcla cruda, que comprende los pasos i) introducción de la mezcla cruda en un aparato de molienda-secado, ii) introducción de un chorro de aire caliente teniendo una temperatura en el rango de 20 a 100°C en el aparato de molienda-secado para así fluir a través del aparato de molienda-secado y iii) pulverización del trihidróxido de aluminio presente en la mezcla cruda en el aparato de molienda-secado.
