Abstract

Se describe un método para producir un producto reciclable a partir de un polvo industrial. El método incluye: i) suministrar el polvo industrial, que tiene al menos una sustancia reciclable y una primera concentración de componentes volátiles, en un calentador que tenga una temperatura de funcionamiento de 600ºC o 1nás, ii) el acondicionamiento del polvo industrial usando el dispositivo de calentamiento, que comprende el acondicionamiento: iia) calentar el polvo industrial a una velocidad de 20ºC/min o más, iib) tratar térmicamente el polvo industrial por medio del dispositivo de calentamiento con una temperatura de tratamiento en el rango de 900ºC a 1200ºc, en particular en el rango de 1000ºC & 1100ºc, durante 30 minutos o más, y ii) controlar y /o regular las condiciones oxidantes durante el procesamiento, donde el procesamiento comprende: al menos parcialmente eliminar los componentes volátiles del polvo industrial, y iii) elaborar el producto reciclable. También se describe el producto reciclable procesado.
