Abstract
Se divulga un dispositivo de la lisis incluyendo un recipiente de muestras, por lo menos un piezo elemento, y un regulador. El recipiente de muestras tiene un microcanal formado en su interior. El recipiente de muestras tiene al menos un puerto que se extiende a través de una superficie hasta el microcanal. El piezo elemento se fija a la superficie del recipiente de muestras. El controlador tiene lógica para hacer que el controlador emita una primera señal que incluya una serie de frecuencias a al menos un piezo elemento para hacer que al menos un piezo elemento genere ondas estacionarias acústicas ultrasónicas en el recipiente de muestras, para recibir una segunda señal indicativa de las señales de vibración medidas del recipiente de muestras detectadas por al menos un piezo elemento, y para determinar una frecuencia de resonancia del recipiente de muestras utilizando las señales de vibración medidas.
