Abstract
La invención se refiere a un suelo de vehículo (1) estampado en caliente para un bastidor de vehículo (100) que comprende un panel de suelo (2) principal estampado a partir de por lo menos una pieza en bruto de chapa metálica. El suelo comprende además por lo menos un parche de refuerzo (4) de chapa metálica, dispuesto sobre el panel de suelo (2) principal, superpuesto al panel de suelo (2) principal. El parche de refuerzo (4) es más dúctil que el panel de suelo (2) principal. Dicho por lo menos un parche de refuerzo (4) está unido a por lo menos una zona (6) del panel de suelo (2) principal concebida para resistir las fuerzas de compresión resultantes de una colisión en caso de una situación de colisión del vehículo y el panel de suelo (2) principal y el por menos un parche de refuerzo (4) están unidos entre sí antes de estampar dicho suelo del vehículo (1). La invención también se refiere a un método para producir el suelo del vehículo.
