Abstract
El método, proceso y aparato para un sistema de evaporación de muy baja temperatura, que es la novedad de la invención, radica en el concepto del método, proceso y aparato para la evaporación y concentración en intervalos de muy baja temperatura de 5 °C a 80 °C para recuperar vapor de agua de los líquidos o soluciones o efluentes industriales o aguas de lavado o aguas residuales industriales o jugos o jarabes o suspensiones o lodos o salmueras o aguas de alcantarillado o aguas residuales o cualesquiera otros materiales líquidos evaporativos en el intercambiador de calor de efecto simple o múltiple colocado de manera horizontal o vertical con el sistema mecánico de compresión de vapor al vacío. Este sistema de evaporación de muy baja temperatura opera a la temperatura más baja para una máxima recuperación del agua limpia a partir de los líquidos o soluciones o efluentes industriales o aguas residuales industriales. El aparato para el sistema de evaporación de baja temperatura elimina o reduce el uso de unidades de generación y eliminación de calor junto con otros beneficios tales como la reducción de la extracción de agua de la tierra y las pérdidas de energía.
