Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema para recoger, transportar y entregar un producto alimenticio (P) a una máquina procesadora (300) que preferiblemente comprende al menos un tubo de carga vertical (310); en que el sistema incluye un dispositivo de manejo (R), un dispositivo de agarre (100) que se puede fijar de manera desmontable al dispositivo de manejo (R), un dispositivo de transporte (200) y una unidad de control (400); en donde el dispositivo de transporte (200) tiene una sección de transporte sobre la cual el producto alimenticio (P) a ser recogido por el dispositivo de agarre (100) se puede colocar en una posición de recepción (A) para que el dispositivo de agarre (100) recoja el producto alimenticio (P), y la unidad de control (400) se conecta al menos al dispositivo de manejo (R), el dispositivo de agarre (100) y el dispositivo de transporte (200); en que la unidad de control se diseña para detectar cuando el producto alimenticio (P) a ser recogido llega a la posición de recepción (A).
