Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con partículas estables secadas por pulverización. Las partículas estables secadas por pulverización incluyen una matriz soluble en agua que incluye de aproximadamente 5% a aproximadamente 30% de emulsificante, de aproximadamente 20% a aproximadamente 75% de rellenador, y de 20% a aproximadamente 50% de mono-, di- y trisacáridos, basado en el peso total de la matriz; y por lo menos un componente activo encapsulado en la matriz. El emulsificante es dextrina y el rellenador es maltodextrina de papa.
